I set up a service appt requesting a loaner. Once arrived to dealership, was told no loaners available. I could not get all of my needed repairs since no loaner was available, but I opted to wai Once arrived to dealership, was told no loaners available. As a courtesy, the fee was waived, but all in all the service department is below standards. The service rep though was professional and understood my disappointment. More

I dropped off my car including my cell phone number with all the paperwork. There was no communication for days. I called numerous times with no response. Finally my husband called and they still were unabl all the paperwork. There was no communication for days. I called numerous times with no response. It was extremely frustrating and when it was ready and I went to pick the car up there still was no one available to speak with. I got my car and left. I do not plan on coming back for repairs. More
Their service center is like no other I’ve ever dealt with. They take you in on time. They update you through text messages and when they tell you, your car is going to be done it’s done! I’ve never had to wait longer than expected and I’ve never had to go back to have something fixed twice. I’m glad I own a Lexus, but I’m really glad that I bought it from Lexus Of Pembroke Pines. We had a brand new car for less than a week and an issue came up. We took it on a Monday and they told us it would be ready on Tuesday but didn’t get the car back until Thursday. We were never given a status update of the car and had to call continuously to try to speak to someone but we were always told they were not “available” or “at their desk”. It was very disappointing and frustrating to deal with. More
