Little confusing as a first time customer went to the service department stood with my car I was the third car there at 7:15 AM I saw workers going to the other cars but nobody came to me so after a few service department stood with my car I was the third car there at 7:15 AM I saw workers going to the other cars but nobody came to me so after a few minutes I went over to the service valet area and got someone to come assist me then 30 minutes later my car was still there and the other cars were all being taken in I had to go find a service advisor to find out why my car had not moved. My car was then taken in for service all the other cars that came in after me people were getting their cars and leaving I found my service advisor who said my car was ready I went to the cashier they gave me my paperwork I waited another 20 minutes and my car didn’t come out everybody around me their car was coming out even though they came and saw the cashier after me I had to get an ask a supervisor to assist me who took the car number and within five minutes my car was driven down and given to me. I think the service department should ask if it’s your first time and give you the routine instead of walking around aimlessly not understanding what really is going on and how the process works other than that I’m very pleased and will be back More

No one reviewed the service performed after it was completed. My interior of my car was not vacuumed/cleaned at ALL. I specifically requested it be done because it has been missed on a few prior maint completed. My interior of my car was not vacuumed/cleaned at ALL. I specifically requested it be done because it has been missed on a few prior maintenance appointments because they are rushing for closing. I expect better quality service from Lexus, especially when I am paying $500+ for a big service. I am still waiting for someone to call and offer a complimentary car wash ( int/exter) at any local service center. More
