My first time with the service department - process was breathtakingly simple ! The Service manager was beyond helpful and supported every question and concerned ! I waited for 3 hours. When my car was delivered it hadn’t been washed. They took it back but warned they would not be able to do a good job because they didn’t have all the ‘tools’ required (apparently car w been washed. The wait was a bit much and I was warned that it would take about 2.5 hrs (the agent noted it was no big deal because it was only about an hour more than the norm...yet it ended up being 3 hrs) The couches in the waiting room are very uncomfortable with no upper back support. The person who delivered my car was nice and took it back to get ‘partially washed’ More
