Francisco, Service advisor was very professional no doubt about that. The delivery of my car, was faulty: The sticker on the uper left part of the windshield was not up dated, they left the old one. When they delivered the car, there was a yellow lite showing tires had not enough air. Of course, I went to the service line and they put air and fixed the issue. My mirror broke and I went to Lexus to get it fixed. First they said I broke it and it was not under warranty. The same mechanic who said I broke it said I needed the the internal components not the who First they said I broke it and it was not under warranty. The same mechanic who said I broke it said I needed the the internal components not the whole mirror. They said they would call when the parts arrived and I could make an appointment. They never called. When I called the parts had mysteriously appeared that same day. I went to the dealer to get it repaired and they tell me the part is damaged and actually I need a new mirror. The first components had a price of $549. The mirror was about $300 more. I had to come back a third time to install the mirror. The original rep was no longer there and I was given a new rep, who treated me very well but had no explanation for the previous problems. In his defense he did write down the labor cost to make the invoice more affordable. This is the only reason I gave it two stars and not one star. This dealership is not up to Lexus standards!! More
