There was a lack of communication regarding the status of my vehicle. I had to call the service center five times and was told that the agent would return my call. However, he never did. After seven days, I my vehicle. I had to call the service center five times and was told that the agent would return my call. However, he never did. After seven days, I was just able to talk to an agent after waiting 45 minutes on hold, refusing to hang up since they never called back. On the other hand, my car was taken for a 32-minute road test to check the air conditioning. To my surprise, I received several alerts of harsh braking, which I had never experienced. Very dissapointed with the service and the way my car was driven. More

Lexus of Pembroke Pines is very efficient and courteous. They took the time to take me where my car was being evaluated and showed me firsthand the problem that was present. Knowing that the repair would need a day to fix they got me a loaner car no cost to me and I got to drive a brand new Lexus for a day 👍 I trust all my car needs with them entirely.
