This was the worse customer service I have ever experienced. The service advisor never provided me updates on my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle, there were greasy foot prints on the mat. I have a major problem that when you look through the rearview mirror, you see dots from the headlights of the cars behind you and it’s impossible to drive at night to change lanes. They have no idea wha rearview mirror, you see dots from the headlights of the cars behind you and it’s impossible to drive at night to change lanes. They have no idea what’s wrong. They want to take the film off and I told him I bought a car that had film. I don’t want a car that looks like it’s piecemeal and this is my choice. They tell me if I can’t drive with the film take it off, I can’t believe I’m the only one with this problem. This is Alexis 300 then they came up well it’s the window the configuration of the window all the Lexus 300 have the same window. How can I be the only one with this problem, well maybe there’s something with the way the glasses installed, but I doubt it because they drove another one. They saw the same problem . This is an expensive car that is not garage and I bought it with film. I even keep something in the front window to keep the sun out. I don’t want the sun on my arms or my body. I am very upset that I’m having this problem not being able to drive at night. I cannot the car I cannot drive at night. I have spoken to the manager. I have spoken to the guy with the film. I have spoken to the sales person, and I’m not going with their suggestion to remove all the film . More

Took 15 minutes to get checked in no loaners. Minimal amenities for those waiting in cramped area. Took 2 hours for a 10k service which is essentially an oil change. Expect more from Lexus.
