It is quite surprising that Lexus of Pembroke Pines has not yet embraced modern technology to effectively communicate with customers regarding vehicle issues or necessary replacements. Many dealerships, including Audi and Toyota, have adopted the practice of sending videos to customers detailing their findings, yet Lexus has not implemented this feature. Additionally, the 40-minute wait to receive a loaner car is unacceptable. After dropping off my vehicle at 7:30 AM, I did not receive a loaner until 8:45 AM. When I returned at 5:00 PM to pick up my car, it was still not ready, resulting in an additional 20-minute wait. This extended delay, after spending the entire day at the dealership, raises concerns about possible understaffing or mismanagement. I strongly urge you to address these issues promptly. More
