Terrible customer experience The sales directors down to the sales associates are rude and arrogant. They do not care about their customers. They do not value their Lexus customer The sales directors down to the sales associates are rude and arrogant. They do not care about their customers. They do not value their Lexus customers at all. They treat you like they don’t need your business. I have had to negotiate for 3 months when I got my first car with them and this time it took days to get my new car even though I was already a Lexus customer. The sales guy named Richard was so rude he made me cry. They tried to over charge me for my new vehicle! I ended up have a sales director complete the sale after days of going back and forth with him. I only continue to drive Lexus because of the car, but the customer service is horrible! More

My experience with service has been sub par I wAs told that I would have to wait three weeks for a loner car. My original Service guy was busy so someone else took care of me. The service is top notch and I do not exaggerate when I say they provide the best customer service compared to any other dealership I have ever dealt with over the past 30 years. They have always accommodated me and assured that my service needs were met to my satisfaction. The lobby waiting area is also very comfortable and a fresh cup of coffee is always waiting for me. In the rare occasion I have dropped by without an appointment, I am not turned away. I think I will always want to own a Lexus! More

Jose Amaro gives honest feedback and took care of any issues. Always provided a loaner or at least a ride. Needless to say I upgraded to an IS300 a week ago and feel completely confident that Lexus of Pembroke Pines will continue to maintain their exceptional customer service. More
