Check your vehicle before leaving the service department I got my Lexus here 7 months ago and the sales guy who sold me the car is awesome and very nice and the finance department who handled my paper work a I got my Lexus here 7 months ago and the sales guy who sold me the car is awesome and very nice and the finance department who handled my paper work as well was very nice and sweet they have some amazing people there. They were very kind and respectful. I would recommend people to this Lexus dealership to get a car only but not to get their car service. The only problem I have is with the service department. A service advisor was covering for someone I always go to when I first got my car there and he provided poor customer service he didn’t acknowledge what my concerns were and acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. When they returned my car to me after it was serviced it had scratches on it. Some guy said he was going to review the tape and snatched the paper out of hand I knew right then in there I needed to speak with a supervisor. The guy stated when he reviewed the tape he didn’t see any scratches on my vehicle but also stated the camera wasn’t clear and that for all he knows I could have brought the car there with scratches on it. I was appalled by his statement. My car is practically still brand new smh it’s not even a year yet. He was very rude and I would not want him touching my car ever again. I work too hard to finally get a car I always wanted to get scratches on it like I was given this car for free for anyone to be so careless. The supervisor came out and he was very nice and spoke with me to get my car fixed for the previous complaint I had and also to get those scratches buffed out. Unfortunately it took up most of my day and I had places to be and to see the scratches were still there. It looked like they tried to buff it out some came off and some didn’t. I am so disappointed I kinda wish I never got my car serviced at that dealership. I spoke with the supervisor again he was suppose to get back with me but haven’t yet. This is not a good look for this dealership at all. That’s the reason for the 3 stars other than that the dealership is a great place to get a Lexus. More

This is my second Lexus in less than a year, by far my experience with North Miami was amazing compare to Pines. It’s been a year since my lease; they still stay in touch, call me for my bday and make sure everything is going well with my lease! My salesman Yairon was amazing (go see him if you are thinking of leasing or buying a Lexus) I decided to go to Pembroke Pines because I thought I had to process my buyout there. Everything was going well, I was able to book my appt over the phone and when I arrived the salesperson immediately took care of me. The salesman explained the buyout process and took me over to the finance manager. I explained to finance manager I was pre-qualified with a credit union but I was open to explore other options. He really didn’t seem to interested in giving me other options. I was content with the interest rate I got from Tropical Financial so it didn’t bother me the fact he wouldn’t try to gain my business. He gave me the buyer purchase order and I left. I returned three days later with the draft letter from my credit union. Once again the salesman was nice, the finance manager who originally helped me out was not there. The salesman tried to get me another finance manager to help me but they were all “busy”. Dealer was empty on a Wednesday night, I’m pretty sure they weren’t helping any customer. So, the salesman comes out of the office with a ton of paperwork, he ask me to sign in the highlighted area, so I did. He got a copy of my ID and told me to write my check payable to the dealer. He said the finance manager will follow up with me tomorrow, I said no problem. To make a long story short, it’s been over a week I have yet to hear back from the dealer, zero proof of purchase and a cashed check with no receipt. This can’t possibly be the process. I’ve emailed, text and called the dealer and no one follows up. I’m blown away how two locations owned by the same company can have night/day service. The more I compare my experience, the more I appreciate the level of service in North Miami. The staff over there was great from the Salesman Yairon up to the GM level. Curious to see how much longer will it take to hear back from the dealer 🤔 More
