I can't image getting more excellent and dedicated service anywhere (even for a Lexus dealership where excellence is normal). The team of sales and service people were outstanding! I purchased a used Lexus from Pembroke (even though I live in the Tampa Bay Area), first because the car listed was originally purchased and serviced by Pembroke until it was traded in for a new model. Now I know why the original owner purchased from Pembroke both times. The service was incredible. The sales team (Alfred and David) agreed to service this vehicle before hand-off -and did a phenomenal job. I can't thank them enough. I LOVE my LEXUS! More

I had a IS 250 for the past 4 years and have received nothing short of great service on the vehicle during this time. Recently I traded in on a ES 350, which I found to be a really great car. They work to get me in to see my service rep promptly. Everyone who I have encountered are always very pleasant as well. I really cannot complain with the service I have received. I did encounter one or two ndividuals who may not have delivered top service, however, Sammy has allowed me to not even dwell on that, as his positive attitude and helpful nature has always left great thoughts and experiences with me. As for the price, who would not want to pay less, and be in less debt? While the price I paid was not bad, it could have been a little better. More
