My previous Lexus specialist ,Sal Kamal went above and beyond to switch me out of my IS250 to the new RC 350 F Sport. I dropped off my car for oil change. Sal got my car appraised, picked out car, sent me pictures, and did all the paperwork before my arrival. The transaction was smooth and there was no need for me to be there and miss work. I went after work, car was detailed, had finance manager waiting for me to sign paperwork, and basically just switch keys. He also transferred all my belongings to my new car while I was in finance to save time. Now that's service! I highly recommend Sal for your next Lexus.
