This review is for Lexus of pembroke pines in Florida. Mr. Omar who identified himself as a manager was rude and insulting. He did not like the price i offered which was based on the KBB private party val Mr. Omar who identified himself as a manager was rude and insulting. He did not like the price i offered which was based on the KBB private party value. He wanted higher than suggested retail price. Simply bad behavior. Then i told him in the case he does not want to talk to me any more, i will go and buy a brand new lexus at a price offered to me by his employee Miguel. He snatched some papers off of my hand and waled to the new car building and went to talk to someone there. At that point we decided not to go to the new car sales and just walked away. More
