I visited the dealership to have a bulb/headlight replaced and was quite shocked and discouraged to discover the cost of the bulb is $188.00 and an additional $85.00 for installation. Questionable Fees and Taxes Me and my wife purchase a vehicle from this dealership about 2-3 months ago, on the bill of sale they charged us every fee in the world plus $80.00 fo Me and my wife purchase a vehicle from this dealership about 2-3 months ago, on the bill of sale they charged us every fee in the world plus $80.00 for a two year registration renewal, two months later we receive the mailed request for registration renewal from DMV for the old vehicle we had traded in, it was then that we realized Lexus of Pembroke Pines has not gotten around to register our new vehicle. After many attempts trying to get a hold of their title department we finally received a call back, asking for more money for the registration, and claiming that they were not going to register the vehicle until we pay more. When I educated them about the State Law requiring for the vehicle to be register within 30 days they finally when ahead and register the vehicle .This dealership has been holding my registration for hostage for the past 2 months now, demanding even more money. I have called their general manager Rey Blanco several times and he never answer his phone or return our voicemails. Estefani from the registration and cashier department is very rude and insulting. This is no way to treat a customer. More
