What a terrible experience. It all started out with a good meeting with Alan and Sal, but once I asked them to search for a vehicle with the 3 features I wanted, they didn’t seem to care and started to i good meeting with Alan and Sal, but once I asked them to search for a vehicle with the 3 features I wanted, they didn’t seem to care and started to ignore me. The last I heard from them was to just order the vehicle and wait 3 months. They really didn’t want to be involved in searching another dealership for one of the vehicles I wanted. At one point I asked their internet salesperson which vehicle was in their TV ads, and he responds with, “I don’t know, I don’t watch TV”. The support from their sales team could not have been worse. After the continued struggle, I emailed Andre, the General Sales Manager, that sends you an email video indicating if you have any issues to contact him. After a couple of emails to him, you think he would reply or call me back? Nothing. Needless to say, after a couple of weeks I stopped speaking to the sales staff here, it was just too frustrating!
