We met Ray Hernandez at Lexus My wife and I decided it was time to get a luxury car and we looked at dealers for Jaguar, Mercedes, Cadillac and Lexus. We met Ray Hernandez at Lexus of Pembroke and he showed us the Lexus. Afterwards, we left and after making all comparisons, we returned to Ray who had shown us a Lexus LS 460 that we liked. Ray was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He educated us on the amenities of the Lexus which won us over. Ray was like a trusted friend and could not have been nicer. We decided to buy the Lexus and are so glad we did. More

Dealer did not have the car in stock After a wonderful experience with my ct200h, I went back to lease the ux250h which is the de facto replacement for the car I had. Surprisingly, the dealer did not have the hybrid version of the car in stock yet. However, the staff were able to get the exact car I wanted at the price I wanted. This wasn’t the perfect car buying experience, but the staff went far and beyond to exceed my expectations in what was an unusual situation.
