Amazing experience from beginning to end! My husband and I came in to the dealership around 8:30pm, very close to closing time. We were greeted by Edgar Chaparro, who advised us he was assisting another cus I came in to the dealership around 8:30pm, very close to closing time. We were greeted by Edgar Chaparro, who advised us he was assisting another customer but wanted to ensure he got us in touch with a representative to look at a vehicle. When no one was available, he took it upon himself to be of assistance even though he was already with someone else. Despite that, he asked all the right questions and took us to look at a vehicle and test drive it. Honestly, he made me feel so at ease and he is incredibly genuine, that I really felt he cared about us and took his time to ensure we were getting a a good deal, which we did! I can’t thank him enough and because of the care and patience he had with us I feel this man truly went above and beyond and deserves a raise!
