Ordered a new car on 3/14/20. One item left off. Then covid, factory shut down. Offered 2021 at same price. Said ok, same thing missing one item. Reordered right away. If they just spent 1, minute more covid, factory shut down. Offered 2021 at same price. Said ok, same thing missing one item. Reordered right away. If they just spent 1, minute more the mistakes could have been avoided. The 21 now has a black dash and carpet, instead of the brown the 20 came. Factory changed nothing we could do. Love the car but really liked it with the brown carpet and dash. More
