My sales agent was more focus on his sale than my well being I got a car with less features than the one I returned and when I ask for the feature I need and said I was not happy he didn’t do any effort t being I got a car with less features than the one I returned and when I ask for the feature I need and said I was not happy he didn’t do any effort to help me. The sales manager Luis was the one that ended helping me. I have good opinion about the dealership but I won’t use Irv Smith or recommend him to anybody else. More
