Lack of communication and information. Dealers were motivated to make a sale but the experience wasn’t great. Customer service skills were lacking. Had to order vehicle from a different dealership and motivated to make a sale but the experience wasn’t great. Customer service skills were lacking. Had to order vehicle from a different dealership and it was extremely difficult to get any information after the deal was made. Employees need to better communicate with each other. Our second key was missing and the gas tank was empty when we came to pick up the vehicle despite being told that it was ready to be picked up. More
