I've known Darren Lusane for a approximately four years and have purchased two new Lexus ES350 automobiles from him. I've found him to be professional, straightforward, diligent, pays attention to detail, and have purchased two new Lexus ES350 automobiles from him. He is pleasant, treats his customers with respect, returns phone calls, texts and emails, and overall makes buying a new car from him a more or less painless experience. I have to add that Darren is anything but the typical new car salesman. If he can do something, he does it. If he can't, he'll tell you right up front it can't be done. He never says one thing on "Sunday" and something contrary on "Monday". I actually trust him when he says something ... which I don't say very often about a car salesman. When dealing with me he has never misrepresented anything which is one of the reasons I sought him out this year when I decided to buy another new Lexus. Yes, in three or four years from now I will seek him out once again when I am ready from another new car. If he is still at Lexus of Pembroke Pines I will see what he and that dealership have to offer. More
