I wish there was a 0 stars option. Made an appointment for an service/oil change and it still took almost 3 hours. The “service consultant “ stayed in his office with the light off and the door locked. for an service/oil change and it still took almost 3 hours. The “service consultant “ stayed in his office with the light off and the door locked. When we paid for the service we received a paper showing what was good, might need attention and needs immediate attention. No one came to us to explain the items that needed immediate attention even though the were not common items! If it needed “immediate “ attention why would they not come to us to see if we wanted it fixed at that time or try to schedule an appointment in the future! The next day we took our car to get tires and that company said we needed brake pads and rotors. Both were marked good on the sheet Pembroke Pubes Lexus gave us after the service. At the previous service appointment there the brake line of the service sticker was marked as will need attention soon but this past time they were marked as good. So are they even paying attention to what needs to be done? I’m questioning now if they have even been changing the oil? We have had nothing but trouble with this dealership since the very beginning. We will not be back there for any reason. The West Palm Beach Lexus dealership is so much more professional and organized. They will be getting our future business. More

Two hours and 20 minutes for an oil change is ridiculous. Jeff my agent had no system. After two hours I went in his office and asked him what the status of my car was he said I’ll call the car wash.
