The leasing process was relatively seamless. The vehicle delivery did not include an effective technology setup. Because the setup was incomplete, I had to personally reset to the default settings. The sales representative Rafael Genao told me if I needed further help with technology, I could get that assistance at any Lexus dealer closer to my home. Well….that didn’t work out very well. I called Lexus of Palm Beach and was informed that they no longer have technology experts. Mr. Genao also told me that any Lexus dealer can help me with the blackout application on the windows. I do have a problem, and I feel securing that help at a dealer other than the dealer that applied it, Pembroke Pines, will be impossible. This is my 7th Lexus lease since 1990. Although the quality of the vehicle is excellent, the dealer support is not up to par! More
