We had an issue with our older Lexus and somehow managed to get to your dealership before it died completely--without an appointment on a busy day. I have never been in a dealership that was nicer, cleaner or more accommodating to its customers. Everyone was super nice. Our Service Rep, Angel Melendez, went out of his way to make sure we were happy. When a part had to be ordered, we were given an incredibly nice loaner car so our holiday weekend wasn't ruined. The car was fixed and clean by the time they said it would be the next day. I will not go anywhere else from now on, and when this car is too old, we will be back to purchase a Lexus from this dealership. I just can't say enough good things about it! More

She didn’t even want to negotiate with me after she found out I work on cars for a living. She lied saying she had to go talk to the used car manager about my trade in value.
