We dealt with Gigi, Luis, and Hanna. Gigi was very knowledgeable and helpful with tracking down the exact car I wanted. Luis was easy to communicate with and provided us with all the information we ne knowledgeable and helpful with tracking down the exact car I wanted. Luis was easy to communicate with and provided us with all the information we needed to make it a seem less process. Hanna was there to ensure we knew everything we needed to know about the IS 350 F sport me and my fiancé bought. She was very courteous and respectful. I was looking at the inventory of cars on line. After that a sales agent kept calling me daily, leaving massages. When I called back and told him my choices and the details of the car I wanted to trade i that a sales agent kept calling me daily, leaving massages. When I called back and told him my choices and the details of the car I wanted to trade in, he told me he will call back but never did! Very poor customer service. More

I came in to look at RX's Tues towards the end of the day. Nickitia met me and although it was close to closing, he took his time with me and showed me most of the cars evening with dark approaching. day.
