I was looking at the inventory of cars on line. After that a sales agent kept calling me daily, leaving massages. When I called back and told him my choices and the details of the car I wanted to trade i that a sales agent kept calling me daily, leaving massages. When I called back and told him my choices and the details of the car I wanted to trade in, he told me he will call back but never did! Very poor customer service. More

Wes was great! He kept me up to date through the entire process. He really went above and beyond to make sure my family was comfortable while waiting through the process. I came in to look at RX's Tues towards the end of the day. Nickitia met me and although it was close to closing, he took his time with me and showed me most of the cars evening with dark approaching. day. I was so impressed by his patience that I decided to return yesterday. I specifically asked for Nickitia and long story short I purchased the RX350 from him and he really made the whole buying experience stress free mainly by his calm laid back disposition. We had an issue with our older Lexus and somehow managed to get to your dealership before it died completely--without an appointment on a busy day. Even though we didn't buy the car there and had never been to get to your dealership before it died completely--without an appointment on a busy day. Even though we didn't buy the car there and had never been in the dealership, we were treated like royalty. I have never been in a dealership that was nicer, cleaner or more accommodating to its customers. Everyone was super nice. Our Service Rep, Angel Melendez, went out of his way to make sure we were happy. When a part had to be ordered, we were given an incredibly nice loaner car so our holiday weekend wasn't ruined. The car was fixed and clean by the time they said it would be the next day. I will not go anywhere else from now on, and when this car is too old, we will be back to purchase a Lexus from this dealership. I just can't say enough good things about it! More
