The vehicle is unstable all the time, he felt the vibration and he expressed that to me, but on the report, he lied and said that is normal. the AC problem is even more ridiculous and worse, radian vibration and he expressed that to me, but on the report, he lied and said that is normal. the AC problem is even more ridiculous and worse, radian heat that only happens when I turn on the rear AC and I set the foot air vent on the front, Unbelievable! Looking to find an excuse for a problem is not a solution. what they said is that if two vehicles have the same problem, we should not look for a solution, a common problem is not a problem. More
Bought a used Dodge Van in June, 2021. Battery has failed..it's a Mopar with 36 month warranty and is still under warranty. Called Lexus of Orlando...the woman from the service department was very rude...she told me that they no longer service vehicles other than Lexus and that I had to "call Dodge"....xxx? I asked her "what Dodge"...a dealer...the home office...or what? She finally said to call a GMC dealer. This is pure xx....I bought the vehicle from Lexus of Orlando and they now refuse to provide service! Will never again buy from this dealer!!! More
I did some research on the sales people here before we went to the store and Mei Hu was highly recommended. We went to the store without an appointment and requested Mei Hu. She had another appointment ar went to the store and Mei Hu was highly recommended. We went to the store without an appointment and requested Mei Hu. She had another appointment arriving shortly, but did a fabulous job of balancing taking care of us and her other appointment. She was knowledgeable, and gave us the space we needed to make our decision. She was there an hour after close helping us move our things from the the trade in and going over the car with us. We have her cell if we need anything in the future. Justin gave us what we were asking for on our trade in with minimal negotiation needed, & he had a great disposition. Ricardo did a great job going over our options for additional products well past closing time. If you're not getting GAP or Perma Protect for your white seats then I don't know what you're doing. :P More
Jen was amazing. I came in to look for only white supplies were limited. They went to pull up what they might get in. They found me a white one. This one had so many bells and whistles Jen took about and hour setting up the car for me Everything was set for me the driver. When I had a question she gave me her cell phone number and said call any time. She does answer. I had to go back for another question she again helped me out. They treat me and I’m sure everyone else very special. Both times I’ve had it in they have me a lease car to use. The service guys were Betty friendly and helpful. It was an enjoyable experience. If you get Jen you will be in great hands. More
This dealership is top of the line. My mother and I walked into the dealership hoping to purchase a Lexus. Upon entering the dealership we were immediately greeted by Mei Hu. She smiled with her eyes and welcomed us to Lexus of Orlando. I explained our interest in viewing some of the vehicles Lexus had to offer. Eagerly, Mei showed us the different vehicles Lexus had to offer. My mother and I looked at each other and decided we would move forward with Mei, because of her eagerness and because Mei is incredibly knowledgeable about the different vehicles Lexus of Orlando has to offer. Mei pointed out a beautiful Hybrid vehicle and my mother immediately fell in love with the vehicle. We took the vehicle out for a test drive and Mei continued to provide excellent descriptions of all the features the vehicle has to offer. After test driving two different vehicles we settled on the Hybrid Lexus. We walked back inside the dealership and were introduced to Justin. Justin was very professional but most importantly compassionate. Justin provided us with an upfront description of what to expect during the application process. Justin and Mei were present during the entire application to answer all our questions. The process was absolutely seamless. We then met with the financial man who helped us review the terms of the contract. His personality was sincere and there was genuine joy in helping us understand different warranty options. We walked out the finance office with a sparkling Lexus twenty feet away from the finance office. There was a red carpet by the vehicle and we took some pictures with the vehicle. Mei gave us another tutorial of the different features the vehicle has to offer. We left the dealership with a sparkling Lexus and an amazing experience. The worst. Can’t trust them. Agreed on phone then backed away when arrived. Agreed price and trade with Brandon. Sent family all the way from Tampa to pick up car. We agreed prior to going because it was a 2.5 drive. Wasted time and all day. Stay away from these 2 dealerships. More
