Tried purchasing a certified car from here. Made an offer directly to a sales manager for slightly under the asking price for a car that had been sitting for over a month. Sales manager was slow in helping me the entire time, however told me that “he would get the deal done for me”. Within a day of my offer, the same car was removed from inventory and sold. I did not receive any notice from the sales manager after trying to contact multiple times. I can only imagine that something sketchy went on behind the scenes, and the dealership must have told any other interested parties that the was an offer on the car. Poor business practice. Poor service. Do not recommend this dealership. More

Yesterday went to Lexus of Winter Park looking for a pre-owned White, RX 350, they did not have any on their lot so the salesman, Kyle, contacted Mei Yesterday went to Lexus of Winter Park looking for a pre-owned White, RX 350, they did not have any on their lot so the salesman, Kyle, contacted Mei at Lexus of Orlando and she told him they had one that was just put on the lot. She held it for us until we got there to test drive it. Mei, Henry, Franklin (and Kyle from the Winter Park store), were absolutely awesome. After a bit of talking about price and our trade-in with Henry, we bought the car! Great job! So far, this store has really impressed my wife and I both! More

I am very disappointed in my experience here. I parked on the side of the building and walked to take a look at the new car inventory, after a while of being out there I went inside to get some h I parked on the side of the building and walked to take a look at the new car inventory, after a while of being out there I went inside to get some help but was a bit tired because I am 79 years old, I saw some chairs by some tables inside the building and took a seat, I am guessing nobody noticed me while I was sat down because there was a salesman over by a machine grabbing keys and he was visibly upset by himself and started blurting out profanities and saying he was going to assault one of the female staff there, when he walked by i saw his name tag stated Charlie. Now you can imagine how that can be frightening to a senior woman like myself and I quickly removed myself from that environment. That is so unprofessional and it was such a shock to see that in what is supposed to be a luxury dealership, I will never step foot in that type of establishment due to that horrible experience...
