I am very disappointed in my experience here. I parked on the side of the building and walked to take a look at the new car inventory, after a while of being out there I went inside to get some h I parked on the side of the building and walked to take a look at the new car inventory, after a while of being out there I went inside to get some help but was a bit tired because I am 79 years old, I saw some chairs by some tables inside the building and took a seat, I am guessing nobody noticed me while I was sat down because there was a salesman over by a machine grabbing keys and he was visibly upset by himself and started blurting out profanities and saying he was going to assault one of the female staff there, when he walked by i saw his name tag stated Charlie. Now you can imagine how that can be frightening to a senior woman like myself and I quickly removed myself from that environment. That is so unprofessional and it was such a shock to see that in what is supposed to be a luxury dealership, I will never step foot in that type of establishment due to that horrible experience... Today I went to change the oil and filter in my car and they stole all the cash I had inside the drawer of my car. I have been tremendously disappointed in this place. How can I trust people who steal what I have inside my car? If they are able to steal the money inside your car they will also be dishonest when it comes to giving you a diagnosis of your car. The vehicle is unstable all the time, he felt the vibration and he expressed that to me, but on the report, he lied and said that is normal. the AC problem is even more ridiculous and worse, radian vibration and he expressed that to me, but on the report, he lied and said that is normal. the AC problem is even more ridiculous and worse, radian heat that only happens when I turn on the rear AC and I set the foot air vent on the front, Unbelievable! Looking to find an excuse for a problem is not a solution. what they said is that if two vehicles have the same problem, we should not look for a solution, a common problem is not a problem. More
Bought a used Dodge Van in June, 2021. Battery has failed..it's a Mopar with 36 month warranty and is still under warranty. Called Lexus of Orlando...the woman from the service department was very rude...she told me that they no longer service vehicles other than Lexus and that I had to "call Dodge"....xxx? I asked her "what Dodge"...a dealer...the home office...or what? She finally said to call a GMC dealer. This is pure xx....I bought the vehicle from Lexus of Orlando and they now refuse to provide service! Will never again buy from this dealer!!! More
I did some research on the sales people here before we went to the store and Mei Hu was highly recommended. We went to the store without an appointment and requested Mei Hu. She had another appointment ar went to the store and Mei Hu was highly recommended. We went to the store without an appointment and requested Mei Hu. She had another appointment arriving shortly, but did a fabulous job of balancing taking care of us and her other appointment. She was knowledgeable, and gave us the space we needed to make our decision. She was there an hour after close helping us move our things from the the trade in and going over the car with us. We have her cell if we need anything in the future. Justin gave us what we were asking for on our trade in with minimal negotiation needed, & he had a great disposition. Ricardo did a great job going over our options for additional products well past closing time. If you're not getting GAP or Perma Protect for your white seats then I don't know what you're doing. :P More
