The BEST dealership I have ever been to! Emily worked with me from the moment I walked in until 4 days later after multiple contracts, driving to meet my family, after I bought a car and chan Emily worked with me from the moment I walked in until 4 days later after multiple contracts, driving to meet my family, after I bought a car and changed my mind, a contract mix up, and more. I definitely was a difficult/unusual sale and she stayed pleasant the entire time and worked really hard to get me into the car I really wanted. After multiple other dealerships deceiving me, offering false promises, hidden fees, etc. Lexus of Orlando was a refreshing change. The dealership and finance managers walked me through everything and no dealer fees or hidden charges. The staff was super friendly and I didn't feel pressured at all. Sales manager JD helped Emily to get me into another car after I did not like the first ones. Finance managers Rob King, Jay Marmol, and Levi helped walk me through the contracts explaining each charge. If you want an honest, fair, and helpful dealership definitely give them a shot. More

Excellent Customer Service by Steve Persaud We recently had our NX serviced at the new Orlando Lexus. Much closer and a more convenient location compared to their Winter Park location. Steve was exceptional. He took the time to introduce the new Service Center and informed us of new perks such as an agreement they have in using Uber and/or a Shuttle service to a nearby mall.
