I went in with my wife to purchase a secondary car (Kia Optima)and thinking that i was at a Lexus dealership i let my guard down as to being overly cooperative with the mgr (Gary)and sales associate (Kartel). I was told to test drive the car by Kartel which i did inside there lot and it seemed fine. We make the deal happen, no negotiations on my part. We pickup the car 2 days later and as i am driving home thru the bumpy roads of orlando i hear a rattle and slight shaking of steering wheel. I called or texted,Gary and Kartel to make them aware of the issue, they responded bring it back and we will take care of it. No big deal, i said thinking this is a standup dealership. I responded immediately and made them aware i was going on vacation until approx Feb 10th. Gary(Mgr) said don't worry we will take care when u come back. When i get back i called and stopped by the dealership approx around 4pm, they greeted me on the sales floor very enthusiastic and introduce me to the used car mgr, Gary tells him my issue and the used car mgr, takes the car with me for a spin. He hears the noise and takes it into their beautiful shop. Approx 35min later they come out to me and said we don't hear anything, i tell the Tech lets take it for a spin. We went out with 3 diffrent techs, they all concur that they hear the issue but they cannot replicate inside the shop. At this point im getting a bit tired and i see where this is going. Not one of the Tech's can make a descion on whats wrong. Then the asst used car mgr tells me well we can't replicate the issue why don't you take it home and when it gets worse bring it back. I just decided to go hime and take it to an Indy Shop which i did. A week goes by and no one calls me from Orlando Lexus to see how im doing with my issues. On the 18th of Feb i text both Gary and Kartel and explain that the issue was diagnosed, Rack and Pinion and a front strut were the issue. As you my guess, no answer to my text. Im sure they are just to busy selling cars. I drive to the dealership and they are both very busy, i sat an waited about 45min, eventually Gary walks by and i said Gary i need a min, we found the issue with the car, thinking he is going to help. He responds with an arrogant "I don't have time right now, i am busy" so Kartel rushed over and escorts me outside of the Sale floor and tells me we can't do anything for you, its not a safety issue. If u decided to get a used car from Orlando Lexus by I4 do your homework, a new car u have them by the cojones with the CSI survey, used cars they can care less. Funny thing is that my son saw a Volks Jetta that they have in the lot which he needs, Do u think i will go there and deal with them like a used car lot from the hood. Also my wife has a Lexus IS 250 which the lease is up in May, do u think i will go to them, of course not, i will go to Pembroke Pines Lexus where i got the car originally. All this over a few dollars, which i guess they need more then i do, and the arrogance of the sales mgr Gary, to talk to a recent buyer, in that tone of voice. I live in Lake Nona and i will buy my son's car at Offlease Only, where they give their customer at least 500 miles if they have an issue. Please, don't say they (OffleaseOnly)sell cars that are crashed, they deliver 1500 used cars a month. They must be doing something right. By the way my total bill was $750 at the indy shop. Great Experience Buying cars is very stressful for me. I usually hate the experience. However, I just bought my Lexus from this dealership and had an amazing experience. I live in Tampa and had been searching online for a slightly used Lexus ES 350. I spoke to Neil who was awesome! He helped me determine that this was the car I wanted . The next day I went to the Dealership and Donny Joseph was assigned to work with me. We test drove the car, he discussed all the safety features, and showed me how to use the technology features. Now this is where it goes from a really good experience to a great experience. I wanted to buy the car and, of course, leave with it. Donny had heard a sound as I braked. I didn't hear a thing! He asked that I leave it so it could be checked out and he would deliver it to me the next day. Well, the next day was Christmas Eve and I live in Tampa! He really did drive it to Tampa on Christmas Eve. I tried to get him to wait, but he wanted me to have it to drive on Christmas Day. Donny could have not said anything about the sound. He could have made me drive back to Orlando to get the car. But, instead he went above and beyond to make sure I got a great car and had a great buying experience. I got a great price, no dealer fee, and an excellent overall experience. More

Poor customer service I’m so disappointed in my experience here. My husband and I have been trying to purchase a vehicle from this dealer only to travel hours to get turn a I’m so disappointed in my experience here. My husband and I have been trying to purchase a vehicle from this dealer only to travel hours to get turn away with the I’ll call you back and just go home and enjoy your Saturday. By the way never received a call left several messages had my credit pulled still no one has called or even tried to email. The same car has been sitting on the lot for sale for over 3 weeks. I’ve always bragged about my experience with Lexus but this dealer has changed my attitude towards them forever. The sad part is they don’t even care how they disappoint their customers. The sales lady was by far the worst I ever seen and so was the sales manager I’ve never in my life been treated that way by a dealer but I guess it’s a first time for everything. More

This is not the first time that this happens as 3 years ago we were negotiating and the Manager said that “if a Lexus cost that he would have one” Really really bad customer service and as much as we love Lexus, we prefer to go South to Miami where we can deal with great people. GiGi Alvarado We visited the dealership on Oct. 17. GiGi Alvarado was extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful. We were very impressed. GiGi was very adaptive to our request. We then spent the next two days visiting competing luxury car dealerships looking at vehicles in the 100k and up range. On Oct. 19 my wife decided she wanted to see if we could make a deal on a LC500 at Lexus of Orlando after visiting the other competing dealerships. Again GiGi spent countless hours allaying my wife’s concerns. We were able to make the deal. We arrived on Oct. 20 to take delivery of the LC500, however my wife was not able to drive the car to our home 60 miles away because of a medical condition that popped up on that day. GiGi offered to drive the car to our home and even had her Mom come to our home to pick her up. This is nothing short of “Over and Above” customer service. WOW!!!!!
