I am in Atlanta and called to inquire about a car late one evening. They gave me every bit of information I needed without being pushy or not showing interest with me being out of state. I booked a plane ticket to fly down the next morning at the last minute and Brandon and Will did great at setting all this up and making it easy on me. I was picked up at the airport on time by Surendra who was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Once arriving at the dealership I was in and out in 30 minutes. Everything was prepared and ready for a smooth and easy buying process. Franklin the finance manager was also extremely professional. They detailed the car inside and out and walked me through every detail. I have bought a lot of cars and I have never been given a better experience. I will absolutely continue to fly down and buy any other cars I need in the future from these guys. Hats off to them. In this day and age being treated like this is such a rare thing that i has to share. A huge thank you! More

Lexus of Orlando was far and away the best based on the product quality and availability, the customer experience, and pricing. Sales Experience: I worked with Luis Becerra, Tia Siso, and Gary Gordon. Each were outstanding and very patient as we worked through our decision-making process. Luis took his time with us and answered all of our questions and was very professional. Tia an Gary worked with us on the pricing and trade value of our trade-in. I am someone who does my research thoroughly before settling on a car purchase and Lexus of Orlando was excellent in the pricing of their vehicle. As a matter of fact, they provided a comparison on the same vehicle type/mileage at other locations within a 100 mile radius to show. They readily showed the work they had to do on the car when they took it in (which wasn't much, indicating a very discerning eye from the Used Car Manager). This team worked with me and I truly felt they were looking out for my interests throughout the process. Finance Experience: Brian Hendricks was very professional and we worked through the paperwork in a very efficient manner. Despite living out of state, I will visit Lexus of Orlando first when it is time to purchase my next vehicle and I encourage you to do the same. You will not be disappointed. Dealer Comparison: As I mentioned, I visited 5 dealerships prior to Lexus of Orlando. I gave Lexus of Orlando 5 stars for all parts of the transaction without hesitation.
