My experience with Kartal and his team was great and I would recommend anyone I know to him and Lexus of Orlando when interested in buying a car. Helpful and problem solvers I recently purchased a Certified 2017 Lexus RX350 FSport at the Lexus of North Miami dealership back in November. I noticed a faint sound coming from my front passenger tire area, so I went to the Lexus of Orlando dealership here in Orlando where I reside. My service advisor was Angel (very helpful). When the technician removed my tires he found that my truck had off market brake pads and rotors. He even took me on a test drive to show me the difference in the drive with these parts. At this point I'm pissed with the Lexus of North Miami dealership because they placed parts on my vehicle and falsified the parts that were put on my vehicle. Also, they gave me hard time stating that they put the correct parts on my vehicle. Lexus of North Miami even tried to tell me to drive down to Miami to see if the parts were not factory parts. Lexus of Orlando assisted me in getting the matter resolved as quickly as possible and made sure that my truck had the factory brakes and rotors they should have had at the time of purchase. More
Drove from Jacksonville to check out a well priced 2019 certified Rx 350. Had an Appt set up by Tara, very responsive via email. Met with Justin, Product Specialist, who had the car waiting for us. Very polite, easy going young man who answered every question and knew the product well - very impressive. We looked at another 2019 and decided to go with it-perfect low mileage Rx. Then we met with Sales Mgr Gary. He was friendly, but then brought out the offer. Too little for our trade and too high of an interest rate. Discussed a bit, but he wouldn’t budge or negotiate! No other suggestion offered or willingness shown to discuss. So we left. Always a polite interaction, but never had a dealer unwilling to negotiate at all. Oh well, lost a sale, and over a couple of bucks. Justin however was awesome! More
My friend and I were both looking to be on the market for new cars soon so we decided to head to this Lexus dealership. We enjoy riding longboards and were carrying them with us when we were approached by St new cars soon so we decided to head to this Lexus dealership. We enjoy riding longboards and were carrying them with us when we were approached by Steve Persaud who then proceeded to threaten us with arrest and trespassing charges because of our boards. He didn’t even give us his name we had to get it from another employee. Just walked right up to us saying we’d get arrested if we ever came back to this dealership. We were not there to cause trouble and we would’ve gladly abided by the rules had he gone about it in a more cordial manner but the fact that this person we didn’t even know approached us like that is absolutely unacceptable to say the least. We weren’t disturbing the peace, annoying customers, damaging property or anything illegal or obnoxious in any way yet we were treated like garbage just for walking around with skateboards. Terrible service and quite frankly doesn’t even deserve one star. Just Steven Persaud. The rest of the dealership I have no issues with. More

Review of Back Office Only - Sales and Finance are Great I previously submitted a very positive review based right after the purchase of a vehicle for my daughter in May 2019. This review is for the back off I previously submitted a very positive review based right after the purchase of a vehicle for my daughter in May 2019. This review is for the back office / tag / title department of Lexus of Orlando. We purchased a car on May 31, 2019 and the sales and finance staff were great. The back office department that handles tag and transfers are completely incompetent. It has been 79 days and they still have not handled the transfer of tags with my DMV in South Carolina. Here is a recap of events: 1) We were initially told it would take 30 days to process the tag transfer. 2) We were then told it would take 45 days since it was out of state. 3) Mid-July we contacted Lexus of Orlando and my daughter had to go back to the dealership to get a paper tag that expired 7/31.. 4) I contacted my DMV on 8/8 and were advised that Lexus still had not transferred the title. At this point my daughter was driving on expired paper tag. 5) On 8/8 I escalated to Levi Snyder who advised a third party handles transfer of tags for Lexus of Orlando. He promised he would escalate and get this resolved but in the interim, my daughter had to go back (again) to get a paper tag. 6) Meanwhile, my county has issued a personal property tax notice for the tag that is still technically associated with a car I TRADED IN 3 MONTHS AGO. I will have to spend more time to clean this up with my county. 7) It is August 20 and THEY STILL HAVE NOT RESOLVED IT WITH MY DMV. The level of incompetence by the back office at this dealership is astounding. Their sales department earned a customer for life, and their back office has now cost them any future business which is disappointing. More
