1st Service Brought car in for its first service. Waiting time to be booked in, was very short. Best service Manager and best service group! I had my car repairs assigned to Lexus of NM and I needed service performed on my vehicle as well. The agent that handled the collision aspect complet I had my car repairs assigned to Lexus of NM and I needed service performed on my vehicle as well. The agent that handled the collision aspect completely dropped the ball on getting my car serviced after the repairs. The service manager Ed Rubenfeld saved the day.
