The service manager Ed saved the day for Lexus North Miami. My service advisor Bobby never returned any if the six messages I felt (all verified by Ed) Only choice left for me was to drive to the dea Miami. That is when I asked for the service manager who not only acknowledged/verified my side of the story (unanswered messages) but took care of the situation IMMEDIATELY though Bobby stated less than 30 minutes before that Lexus was not responsible for it. Thank you Ed. The owners of LNM are very lucky to have you!!! More

This is my 5th car purchased/serviced at the dealership (from when it was "Countyline") and the service has always been terrific. Nevertheless, they've managed to improve over the years. More
