At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). I took my NX 350h for a malfunctioning electric magnetic induction phone charger and the part was replace under warranty. When I left the dealer I encountered the same problem. I went back to dealer 10 minu induction phone charger and the part was replace under warranty. When I left the dealer I encountered the same problem. I went back to dealer 10 minutes later and was told they had to check with a tech. Tech could not problem solve issue and I escalated to service manager, who could not solve issue. My vehicle also had a recall on rear traction meter cable corrosion and this was not brought up during my service appointment. Not what you expect from Lexus. I am dissatisfied with their service department for not bringing up the safety recall issue and letting me leave the dealer without addressing it with me. Now, I have to take time out of my schedule to deal with another service appointment. More

I dealt with three different Lexus dealers in the Miami, FL area regarding the purchase of this car. The sales person assigned to my inquiry at this dealer was head and shoulders more professional than tho FL area regarding the purchase of this car. The sales person assigned to my inquiry at this dealer was head and shoulders more professional than those from the other two dealers. He made the whole process smoother and simpler. This dealer was further away from my home in Key West than the others but was well worth the extra effort. I found the same thing 12 years ago when I purchased my previous RX350 from this dealer. This is my second time working with Lexus of North Miami, and once again they exceeded my expectations. The first time was when I leased my Lexus, and this time I came back to renew my lease. My sales consultant, Carlos Cuervo, was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my new car. The finance team, Danielle and Anna, were also amazing. They explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the paperwork process easy and efficient.
