Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Best service Manager and best service group! I had my car repairs assigned to Lexus of NM and I needed service performed on my vehicle as well. The agent that handled the collision aspect complet I had my car repairs assigned to Lexus of NM and I needed service performed on my vehicle as well. The agent that handled the collision aspect completely dropped the ball on getting my car serviced after the repairs. The service manager Ed Rubenfeld saved the day. He listened to me, got my car into service and had me out in under an hour! That is 5 Star client service! More
