The dealership is realy rather nice, no one harrassed us and I did not feel an immense amount of pressure to purchase a car I could not afford/would not be the right fit for me. Jonathan W, who is helping us purchase car, has been super friendly and is making the car buying experience incredibly pleasant. He has an excellent personality, is very upbeat, and most importantly, he is honest. I normally really hate going to car dealerships because you walk away feeling defeated and inadequate as a human being, but Lexus of North Miami was quite wonderful. More

From the moment we arrived at Lexus of North Miami we were treated like royalty! The staff was very friendly and made us feel right at home. Our sales associate was Diego Biedermann he was the BEST! He was also very patient and attentive and answered all of our questions. From the first phone call, even before our arrival, Diego went above and beyond our expectations. He was able to hold the vehicle for us, ensuring we would have the car that we desired. This was the first time we've ever had a pleasant experience at a car dealership. We didn't feel like the sharks were out to “get us”. Diego was straightforward and didn't "BS" us like most sales reps do. He gave us a tour of the facility which is the biggest Lexus dealership in the world! It was AMAZING! They had everything from a beautiful gym to a spa! And Lexus clients get to use this amazing facility every time they visit! After Diego helped us, we met with Frank Diaz to finalize the deal. He was also extremely professional and very friendly! I can honestly say, the Lexus brand has found new loyal customers, as we definitely will lease another vehicle in the future. Quality Service Luis Arias was the best salesman I'd ever experienced buying a vehicle from. When we finally chose a vehicle and we're ready for the paperwork process he then introduced us to Rusti Star. Mr. Star was great in getting a fair deal. The whole process from start to finish was professional yet it didn't feel like we were in a dealership. Luis, Rusti and Alfred were so courteous and made us feel comfortable and confident about our putchase.
