At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). My last visit to Lexus of North Miami for my scheduled services, and for fixing and replacing my “HOD” camera was not what I truly expected. I had to wait an extra day, and when I received my ES 300h (202 services, and for fixing and replacing my “HOD” camera was not what I truly expected. I had to wait an extra day, and when I received my ES 300h (2022) on return, there was an issue with my “Auto Lights” switch. On a positive note though, Ed Rubengeld (Service Manager) made absolute sure that everything will be addressed and resolved on my next visit. I really feel appreciative for his diligence, patience and professionalism in resolving my concerns. Moving hopefully “happily” forward with future service visits at my “home” Lexus location, I will continue with Aidan (Service Representative) and feel comfortable with the upkeep for my vehicle.
