Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). When told that my service appointment would be 1 hour it turned into 2 1/2 hours. The woman at the car retrieval desk was cold and after telling me I had to wait never even spoke to me to tell me my car turned into 2 1/2 hours.
