Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Where’s the customer service? My service advisor, Erika, was friendly. Everyone else was unsmiling and barely spoke. While waiting for the loaner, the woman who went to get it popp My service advisor, Erika, was friendly. Everyone else was unsmiling and barely spoke. While waiting for the loaner, the woman who went to get it popped her head in the room and said , “neh neh neh.” I didn’t answer, but apparently that was my summons. Someone else said, are you waiting for a loaner?” Oh! I followed her out and she barely spoke to me. Got a text at 4:57 PM saying my car was ready. I live 20 minutes away. I drove back to the dealership immediately, and was told upon arriving, “hurry up, we are getting ready to close.” (Seriously?) Then as I was looking for the cashier, I heard a sales guy say, “I am bone f***ing tired.” will not be back. Ps: I did not work with any of the people listed below, but you’re making me check one. More

She is meticulous with follow-up, has strong product knowledge and exemplary customer service skills! She took the time to video the various vehicles and emailed me consistently in addition to phone call follow ups which were greatly appreciated.
