Best Dealer Experience Ever! I am so hesitant to purchase a car at a dealership, after poor experiences in the past. Walking into the Larry H. Miller Lexus Murray Dealership was I am so hesitant to purchase a car at a dealership, after poor experiences in the past. Walking into the Larry H. Miller Lexus Murray Dealership was a completely different and truly delightful experience from any other dealership I've ever been to. I was immediately greeted by Daniel Solaimanian when I asked if I could learn more about the features and benefits of owning a Lexus RX. I'm a recent widow, so purchasing a car without my dear husband was a traumatic event for me. I had my sweet daughter-in-law with me, to ask questions and help me remember everything I was told about this car. Daniel took us over to look at one - inside and out, had me sit in the driver's seat as he patiently showed me many of the safety features, driving aid features, luxury features, and the more common features I recognized. He brought us by the office of Jim Brown, who also came out and greeted us warmly, assuring us we were being helped by "one of the very best!" Daniel took as much time as we needed, to ask questions. He got me a brochure on the car to take home with me so I might read more about this vehicle. Then we all went for a test drive. I loved the car! I had other brands of cars to consider, so I left with the kindest handshake and assurance I could call at any time if I had any questions, then given his business card and his number. And no pressure! I was so impressed! I did go to other dealers - but none of the cars I looked at were as wonderful as the Lexus. I returned to LHM Lexus Murray a few days later with my sweet daughter. Daniel saw us looking at the different models on the floor, and he came right up, remembering me and the car I was interested in. He asked how he could be of help to me, in any way. He answered every question - one of the biggest was - I wanted a white exterior with a light leather interior. He found me one, coming soon to their dealership, so we talked price and contract. The whole process was seamless and painless. I had no car until I could get the new Lexus, so this dealership, loaned me one of their cars to use until my car arrived and was prepped for me. I've never experienced anything like the customer care and concern for me and my comfort and happiness with my decision to own a Lexus. Joshua Tate in the service department, was just as careful and concerned for me and my new Lexus once I received it, when I brought it back in for the clear coat. From the sweet young lady at the front desk to every employee I have seen there at LHM Lexus Murray - I've had exceptional treatment and care. I feel like I'm a member of their "LHM family" every time I come in. I would HIGHLY recommend the Larry H Miller Lexus Murray Dealership to anyone and everyone! More

A theme developing of poor customer service The customer service I get a LHM Lexus has not ever been great, but it feels like it’s getting worse and certainly doesn’t match my expectations for a The customer service I get a LHM Lexus has not ever been great, but it feels like it’s getting worse and certainly doesn’t match my expectations for a luxury good. I’ve been refused the ability to make appointments for routine service when I have called in the past so now I just show up. When I got to the dealership this time, without an appointment, each employee I interacted with seemed more interested in convincing me to leave than helping me out. The second guy who came to talk to me asked what I needed and I told him Lexus had sent me a letter saying there was a software update “is it the Apple Car play update”, he asked interrupting me, I told him I didn’t know. I told him that my car was also saying it was due for service. When he asked me what for, I told him I didn’t know, the car just said to come in. I told him I didn’t have an appointment because I told him I had been told not to make appointments in the past and he said that appointments are currently 2-3 days out. He also told me that I could get it serviced that day but the wait would be over 2 hours. Again, everything about what he was saying and how he was saying it implied he just wanted me to leave. Because this was the only day off I’d have for a while and because the dealership is a distance from my house, I decided I would stay and wait it out. In the end, I was there no more than 30 minutes, which would have been great if it didn’t seem to reinforce that it seemed that the people I interacted with simply wanted me to leave. More
