After identifying several potential vehicles I proceeded to help my wife out of our 2010 Toyota Highlander LTD. My wife is currently using a walker because of reconstructive foot surgery . After walking around and looking over the vehicles for several minutes and being offered no assistance, we proceeded to the showroom. As we walked to the door, I saw a salesman who saw us walking to the door. At that point he basically turned his back and walked away as I helped my wife with her walker in the door. How Rude!? This particular salesman finally greets us once it is well established we are there. My wife and I both made it quite clear as to our intentions. He begrudgingly showed us the RX350 on the Showroom floor. My wife and I both asked questions all of which were treated with hostility. In his defense, he at least opened the passenger door for my wife. Never at any point where we offered a test drive, we were not given a features / benefits walk around, offered a cup of coffee or even a ounce of consideration. My wife and I are completely appalled by the treatment we received. Being an IT Director I thoroughly research every purchase I make. Even though your Lexus Dealership has horrible Customer service ratings, I always try and reserve judgment. That being said, I have to agree with everything I have read on the Internet. More

Amanda was wonderful at following up and keeping us in the loop as to what was going on with our card and how long it would take. She was also very freindly and informative. No one likes to have to take their car to the dealership... but LHM Lexus will make you love it... they above and beyond service. Why the low rating? In my entire driving life (almost forty-five years) I've never seen a bigger collection of morons and jerks worse than this place. This "dealership" is truly the worst business of any forty-five years) I've never seen a bigger collection of morons and jerks worse than this place. This "dealership" is truly the worst business of any kind I've ever seen. The Lexus Covenant as interpreted by these dim bulbs is to do as little as possible, charge as much as they can extort from you, and still have the gall to come to work every day and do it to unsuspecting customers all over again. Lexus is having huge problems with quality right now; witness the recall disaster the LS 460 has become. And they have no one at a regional or district level performing oversight on the imbeciles running the dealerships. The region/district people are a bunch of uneducated snot-nosed kids who grew up in school systems that pumped up their undeserved, unearned self-esteem to a level ten times greater than their intelligence. Is it coincidence mother company Toyota is having similar QC and CS problems? I think not. Spend your money elsewhere, Lexus IS NOT a premium brand anymore. You have been warned. More
This dealership puts customer service at the bottom and charges a ridiculous amount of money for services (oh, but wait, you get to eat a donut while you are there... too bad that donut costs you about 50% charges a ridiculous amount of money for services (oh, but wait, you get to eat a donut while you are there... too bad that donut costs you about 50% of what you are paying to have done to your vehicle). Communication is terrible and I will NEVER return... too bad, because I think they make a nice car... not nice enough to have to deal with the headache there though. More
“Horrible service department” took my car in for a basic online change and was told it would take about an hour. I ended up calling the dealership 6 hours later wanting to know when my car would be ready; t online change and was told it would take about an hour. I ended up calling the dealership 6 hours later wanting to know when my car would be ready; they said it would be done before they close and to be here before 6:00. After paying my bill I went out to my car which wasn’t washed for an $80.00 oil change you expect your car to be washed. It upset me but wasn’t a big deal, I go to get inside my car and found that they took it out to luch, they had fast food napkins, cups and bags scattered all over my car even the back seat. They even spilled coke in my cup holder and left my car a disaster. I couldn’t believe it I walked inside and demanded to talk to the supervisor who of course had gone home for the day. I told the service agent what had happened and he said sorry, that’s it. He wouldn’t even send anyone out to clean up the mess; I then asked him why my car wasn’t washed. He said it was a busy day, I guess not enough to take my car out to lunch. After I left I noticed that it was still saying on my navigation system that it required service. But wait the story gets worse, once I finally got a hold of the service manager I told him the problem and he told me “that’s weird they normally don’t take cars out for lunch on Saturdays, we usually buy them lunch” no apologize no nothing. Calling Lexus corporate got me know where they told me that each dealership is individually owned and operated and to take my car to Las Vegas for service. The story doesn’t end there after I got my car back I noticed that it was making a weird ticking noise when it started, like someone was tapping on my windows. I was so upset I decided to drive to Provo to the other Larry H. Miller dealership to see in fact if the oil had really been changed and what that ticking was. They treated me like an idiot showing me how clean the oil looked on the dipstick which was there way of saying the oil hand been in fact changed. A day later I got a call saying that I needed to have my engine completely rebuilt at 12K miles. Don’t waste your time or money with Larry H Miller Lexus, once they take your money they stop caring. I was told by my sales agent to take my car in anytime to get a free car wash for the life of the vehicle, they make you wait up to an hour to get it washed. They do this on purpose so you don’t take your car in, even if no one is in line they still make you wait. More
These guys must be the WORST LEXUS DEALERSHIP on the planet. Sales guy we had was incredibly rude when we told him that we would need some time to decide. He basically told us that we were wasting his time! We were appalled. Once in a blue moon did we ever expect such a poor customer service at a Lexus dealership until we visited Larry H. Miller Lexus in Salt Lake City. We NEVER expected such a "no-class" sales person at a Lexus dealership before that day. We have owned three Lexus(all bought in CA) and we have loved Lexus. Sadly, Larry H. Miller Lexus is the only Lexus dealership in Utah, we will have to go to Denver, Las Vegas or LA to buy our next Lexus because we NEVER want to visit these guys again to buy a new one. That poorly trained sales guy at Larry H. Miller Lexus made us wonder how they could sell anything to anyone. We hope these guys will go out of business and someone else take over the Lexus dealership here someday, then we can at least hope real Lexus experience at the new Lexus dealership. Shame on you! Larry H. Miller Lexus! They better learn how to treat their customers from Ken Garff Mercedes and BMW of Murray. Those guys were much better at treating their customers with respect! More
