I would like to let you know how pleased (actually thrilled) I have been with the efforts on my behalf from Omar Azizi regarding the purchase of a beautifully maintained 2001 Lexus 300ES. He has made every aspect of my purchase and subsequent questions a pleasure and has treated me with the utmost consideration, even now, 2 weeks after buying the car. As this is my second Lexus, I realize that the people working at a Lexus dealership are held to a higher standard, and Omar has more than proved it with a sincere effort to make sure that I am 100% satisfied not only with the car, but with his customer support as well. Should anyone I know be interested in buying a car I will certainly recommend Omar and Lexus of Rockville Centre with no reservations. More
2 things: 1st: I brought my car in for 30k mile 2 things: 1st: I brought my car in for 30k mile service, had $150 worth of stuff stolen out of my car. 2nd: Because Lexus of Queens screwed 2 things: 1st: I brought my car in for 30k mile service, had $150 worth of stuff stolen out of my car. 2nd: Because Lexus of Queens screwed me out of my warranty repair, I figured I might try Lexus of Rockville Centre, since this is where I purchased my car, I figure they might actually do me right by honoring my warranty. I figured wrong. After my visit to Queens, turned out my tail light bulb burned out, so I brought my car in for 2 warranty repairs, a burned out tail light and a defective control box for my passenger side mirror(the mechanism that controls the power function and auto tilt for the side mirrors). The service adviser completely lied to me and said because of an accident I was in that was no where near my side mirror, the warranty was voided. The reason the warranty was voided was because, according to the "adviser" was because the shop I had my car repaired at, a shop I was referred to by the dealership mind you, repainted my entire car for whatever reason including my passenger side door and THAT was the reason my warranty was voided. Because the body shop I was referred to by the dealership to have my car repaired, opened up my passenger side door panel to paint the door and my warranty was voided. He said because of the accident, it must have caused some electrical malfunction and he would have to charge me 3 tech hours to diagnose the problem. He then also said my tail light was out for the same electrical issue and could not replace the bulb under warranty. I later took my car to my local mechanic, he swapped the passenger side control box with my driver side box (which was working), and magically my passenger side mirror worked while hooked up to a properly functioning control box, all of which took less than 30 minutes to diagnose. My mechanic later then swapped out the bulb in my tail light and like magic that started working too. The worst part is, in all likelihood the techs didn't lift a finger on my car because Kenneth probably pulled up the documentation from Queens, yet he STILL tried to charge me for a diagnosis hour. Talk about stealerships!!! More
Brought a used 2006 lexus es 330 from another lexus dealer with out warranty on my 3 day of owning this vehicle the battery light came on the dash board and i smelled buring called lexus of rockville a dealer with out warranty on my 3 day of owning this vehicle the battery light came on the dash board and i smelled buring called lexus of rockville and they told me to bring it in they checked my lexus out told me that they couldn't find ANYTHING wrong with the car.that's kinda of strange they charge me 170.00 diagnostic fee and sent me on my way .2wks later the battery light and all the dash board lights came on again i called ralph giron and he said bring the car back ,it breaks down on my way bringing it back to them i called manager Juan Martinez and he told me to call road side service no help the car has no warranty so i had to get my own tow to the dealer and when i got there they told me they had no loaner's to give me and i told them my daughter was graduating the next day they didn't even offer a rental.The next day Ralph called around 3:00 why so late my car was towed to them on thurs eve it's fri to tell me that it's the alternator and they won't have it until tomorrow sat so now i have no car for the wknd and why when i brought it to them the first time 2 wks ago they didnt find that out instead of taking my money resetting the battery light and sent me on my way now i have been inconvienced and broke down had to pay for my own tow and they told me it cost 800.00 to fix SMH @ LEXUS OF ROCKVILLE CENTER. Please be Advised Dear customer be very aware about Lexus of Rockville Centre. I purchased a pre owned 2006 GS 300 LEXUS My complaint with this dealership is that Mr Roland Medley did not inform me that th of Rockville Centre. I purchased a pre owned 2006 GS 300 LEXUS My complaint with this dealership is that Mr Roland Medley did not inform me that this vehicle was involved in a COLLISION. I would not have purchased this crash vehicle at full market value had I known it was involved in an accident. Yes I should of requested the CARFAX my fault and check this vehicle from top to bottom never again I feel mr Roland was Fraudulent when making this sale. FIRST he showed me a false information report for this car, with the wrong Vin number, which did not show that my car wasn't involved in accident. on May 03, 2012 I purchase a car fax and discovered my Lexus was involved in a accident, involving left side impact an the airbag deployed. Yes ( Almost Three year later) Mr CIUFFO I was trap in this death trap of a car, I took it to a collision Place so he can pry me out of this car. He told me to take it back to LEXUS OF ROCKVILLE CENTRE. WOW really Lexus sold me a collision Vehicle Full Market value. I need a refund I could of went to MOM & POP preowned dealership an purchased me one of these collision car. The manger Mr .Anthony Ciuffo informed Mr Roland to tell me he will give me Two option 1- Sell me another vehicle "what you kidding me I would never purchase or service my vehicle at this dealership. 2- They will pay half of the cost of the bill. What This is not my fault Mr Ciuffo , unfortunately the Door on the left side is now coming off the hinges due to the fact this vehicle was involved in a accident. and now guess what the airbag light came on REALLY this is happen to me. I paid half of this bill of which I shouldn't not paid this is clearly not my own fault Mr Roland put me in a dangerous situation in this DEATH trap of a vehicle. I would be like this dealership to get a full investigate of FRAUD . This type of INTEGRITY, UNPROFESSIONALISM NOT HONESTY AND UNFAIRNESS practices is unacceptable. Buying the car was a pleasure. The deal was made within a couple of hours. My salesman was great (however, I don't remember his name). The service has been excellent. Michael is very personable, professional, and competent. He greeted my wife and I warmly and remained friendly and sincere throughout the experience. Michael totaly knows his product and made sure that we in turn learned all about the RX 350. We remained comfortable with him as our trust and knowledge of the car grew. My wife calls it "having met the 'THREE HORSEMEN'". The folks who worked with us were just amazing! Making a costly purchase typically comes with anxiety, and in this case much anxiety sin HORSEMEN'". The folks who worked with us were just amazing! Making a costly purchase typically comes with anxiety, and in this case much anxiety since we were going to purchse a 'used car'. Well you know what they say about a 'used car'! The folks we worked with were relaxed and we never felt any pressure. Infact, their manner assuaged our anxiety. I should add we love the car, have been back several times as there are questions I have, this being our first hybrid car----the point being they really treat us like family. I highly recommend the Lexus(this being our fifth), I most certainly recommend Lexus of RVC and while you are there look for Bart, David and Umar. More
