While this review is not a real reflection on Mr. Sirignano, as it is on the dealership/service center, I would never refer anyone to this shop. I walked in with a problem with my trunk and left with it unresolved. Instead, I was pitched new brakes for more than double what I pay a typical luxury car mechanic. Tonight - I had to fight with my RX trunk to open. For a few seconds, I thought I was going to lose my fingers. They need a lawsuit to understand the depth of my issue. I bought this brand new vehicle one year before the model year in cash. Wouldn't you know because I am a woman, the salesperson called me 3 days later to say there was a mistake in my paperwork and I owe them $950+. I had to get a male family member to speak THEIR mistake out. Clearly, they thought after I was long gone and contract signed and paid, they thought they could instill fear in me with a ficticious balance. Now, a 2009 vehicle, I own an SUV that has a falling trunk when the temperature drops. I don't know what it take for them to understand there is an issue this time around. They think a female client is their best. They focused my service request around new brakes needed instead of a FALLING trunk. Shame on them. I would never recommend them to anyone. I heard about their reputation before I bought my car from them. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Now, I am using all ten fingers, while I have them, to open my trunk during a New York winter. Shame on them. More
This was the best experience I have had when buying a new car. Akua, and the rest of the staff were so friendly, nice and helpful, and they continue to be so even after I purchased the car. My experience was outstanding. I went in for a major service and was provided a new Lexus loaner car. The people were friendly and the service was reasonable. I drop off the loaner and picked up my car service and was provided a new Lexus loaner car. The people were friendly and the service was reasonable. Walked into the dealership for a 2011 IS. Had an appointment with Leo but he was with another customer so I had to wait about 30-40 minutes. I let that slide but that should have been the first indi appointment with Leo but he was with another customer so I had to wait about 30-40 minutes. I let that slide but that should have been the first indication not to buy from them. I would up signing for a car that was due in a couple of days. It was in port in NJ, just came off a ship. A week went by and never heard from Leo. I emailed and he said it was stuck in port due to all the snow we got. Another week went by and the car still wasn't in. Finally got an email saying the car would be in on a Sunday and the deal has to be done by Tuesday (last day of January) due to promotions etc. I told him I couldn't do that as my schedule conflicted he then told me the numbers would no longer be valid. So I pretty much told him to cancel the deal. It wasn't my fault the car sat in port for close to 3 weeks. He never returned calls or emails so I went in there and spoke to the manager Ed who was very nice and told me he would honor numbers and even throw in some extras but at that point I was so annoyed I didn't want to buy from them. Ed said think about it and call me tomorrow which I did and told him to refund my deposit. During that time when I first left my deposit my checking account had fraudulent activity and the account was closed. I put the deposit down on my debit card. They then told me they had to refund the card and I explained my situation. All in all they ignored calls and emails to get my money back so I disputed the charge with the bank. Funny thing is the bank called them to tell them what happened with my checking account and they told my bank that all I had to do was come in with the card and they would refund me. How are you going to refund a closed debit card? It wouldn't go thru. I got my deposit back but will never go there again, nor recommend it. Oh and they also own Lexus Of massapequa. More
I was driving to work in Manhattan when my tire light went on. The closet dealer to me was Lexus of Rockville Center. Although I didn't buy my vehicle there and didn't have an appointment they took me went on. The closet dealer to me was Lexus of Rockville Center. Although I didn't buy my vehicle there and didn't have an appointment they took me in and got my tire fixed in a less then an hour. They offered me a loaner car but I told them I would wait for it. Anna was very helpful and from the valets to the cashiers everyone was so polite and helpful. It seemed like I was asked if I was being helped a dozen times. I will definitely buy my next vehicle from them if they treated me this way without buying from them I can only imagine how they treat people that do. Thank you for making my bad situation as painless as possible. More
Excellent service, car was finished and cleaned in a short amount of time. Waiting room is comfortable and Internet access if very convenient. I just want to thank Risa Greenfield for a job well done. I never looked forward to having my car serviced but Risa was very prepared and got me in an out quickly. This is my first Lexus and now I know wh I never looked forward to having my car serviced but Risa was very prepared and got me in an out quickly. This is my first Lexus and now I know why people keep going back to Lexus...it's the service. By the way...I got a complimentary back massage while I waited. Very relaxed experience....hahaha. I recently went to Lexus of Rockville Centre for service and was treated like a king. I worked with Anna and she was professional, explained everything we were doing for this service visit and got me on my and was treated like a king. When I went into the service lounge, they were just delivering lunch for all of the service customers (just cleaned up the breakfast they had out for us). Then I saw a masseuse offering free massages to customers! The Service Manager - Michael DiFrancisca introduced himself to me while I was waiting and asked me if I needed anything. I complimented him and his staff for an exceptional service experience. Shortly after my massage (which was unbelievable!) Anna advised me that the service work was done and the car was getting washed. She escorted me back down to her office and we finished up the paperwork, I paid her (she accpeted payment opposed to having to stand at a cashier booth) and when all was done, my car arrived on the service drive. Best service I ever had. I will definitely return and exclusively service my car with Anna at Lexus of Rockville Centre. More
Rockville Centre is truly the best! I live in Bay Ridge Brooklyn, I had an ex termly unpleasant experience there within my last few vehicle leases. I went in to Lexus of Rockville Centre a few day's ago the show room was packed with people for "the December to remember program. I was greeted by a warm and friendly sales consultant by the name of Mustafa Azizi. He was very eager to sit me down and talk about the new vehicle. After a brief 10 minute conversation Mustafa was able to assist me with finding my brand new 2011 RX350. The sales staff is above and beyond excellent Mustafa is truly a pleasure to work. Not only did he take the time to go over the safety features he made sure that I took a test drive in the car. I found that this was a fresh glass of water. Living in Brooklyn and having gone to Bay Ridge Lexus quite a few times in the last 10-15 years I always found that they were extremal difficult to deal with. So I had my guard up going to Rockville Centre. I was so surprised to find out that they actually really care about what you want to purchase. And in my opinion more importantly to find out if this is within my budget. I felt this approach was very professional and time effective. To sum up my experience if you want a Lexus, go see my guy Mustafa Azizi @ Lexus of Rockville Centre. ~ More
I was promised several scratches would be professionally repainted (not with just a touch-up pen) upon vehicle pick-up. When I showed up, not only was the vehicle not ready, but i was informed the "paint gu repainted (not with just a touch-up pen) upon vehicle pick-up. When I showed up, not only was the vehicle not ready, but i was informed the "paint guy" had just arrived, and that 2-days of body-work would somehow be performed in 30 minutes while I wait, which i then figured out meant they were in fact just touching up the paint. Empty promises were made! After that, I asked for my deposit back, and went to the Massapequa Lexus dealership down the road, where the experience was way better. More
