This LEXUS OF ROCKVILLE now FREPORT, is a fraud. Review all the attached file, when we purchased the car, they did not disclose that the airbag of our car was deployed and so they can sell it high! When we moved in CA, that’s when I found the lied to me! I believed in Karma, Enjoy your money, reap your karma later. I trusted them, I thought Lexus is a well known high class, but that specific place is a fraud! Called their manager MOSENFEILD! He doesn’t care! Called the customer service, they couldn’t do anything, called my sales Vivian, he didn’t respond at all. Wasn’t great that you’ve been stabbed by these people whom you trusted your thousands to purchased a car???? Shameful you guys, don’t have the xxxxx to fix the problems. More
So, we are updating our review of this dealership. We had spoken to Clement and expressed our concern that the vehicle meet our needs. I needed him to verify the Max towing, which he told us he did and verified that it was 12,750 lbs. That's where my first review ends. A week after purchasing it we took the vehicle to dodge to have an OEM brake controller installed, while at dodge and telling them how much we were towing we were told by one of the mechanics not with that truck. They had explained why but to verify they told us to call dodge directly to make sure, we then called dodge and provided the vin number and they verified through max towing of our vehicle was 8160 lbs. Almost 2 1/4 tons less than what we were told when purchasing the vehicle. Before we learned this, we had driven from New York out to Pennsylvania to pick up our new trailer. We noticed the truck had some issues with towing the trailer but honestly did not think it was related to an overweight towing issue. After verifying the max towing for this truck, we started reaching out to the dealership. We have a lot of things going on in our lives and I'm not one to call 1500 times and stress myself out any more than I need to be. So, I emailed the sales Rep Clement on Sunday April 7th. As we did not hear anything from him the next day, I've reached out on Tuesday April 9th asking if he got my message. In that afternoon I reached out to a sales manager to try and find out if there was something that we can do. On Wednesday April 10th I got a text message from Clement saying that he received my emails and that he would call us when he got into work, which never happened. While working on Thursday April 11th and looking to step up my game with starting to call again I received a phone call from the sales manager Kasim. I only spent a few minutes or so on the phone with him, during the call and expressing my concerns he was obviously speaking to somebody in the background, so I immediately felt like my concerns were being ignored. I had expressed to him that we purchased this vehicle under the verification of Clement for the full towing capacity and that towing our trailer home, being so overweight, and dealing with a tremendous amount of sway, we could have jackknifed had been hurt or hurt somebody else on the road. To which he gracefully said he was glad nobody got hurt. But however, continued to tell me that they could not take the vehicle back, so I had asked him So, this basically means I’m stuck now because I was told this was something other to which he replied - well yeah! No apologies from anyone for the misinformation. No phone call from the sales guy who we sat with for the better part of six hours buying this truck to apologize for the wrong info. Nothing other than a truck that does not meet our needs. Here is the really crappy part. I pulled a ton of money out of our savings and traded in our car to purchase a new trailer and purchase a pickup truck to tow that travel trailer – or at least that is what they told me (could have just said we don’t know – but that wouldn’t have produced a sale would it). Be great to say that I have nothing but money to just right this off. However, the reason behind all of this for me, my wife is battling health issues, she is currently on a treatment plan that includes chemo infusions and chemo medications along with many other prescriptions. Just the thought that this was all coming together so that we can spend the next, hopefully, few years traveling and enjoying our time together and then just having it utterly destroyed and pulled out from under our feet by a completely uncompassionate dealership that provided the wrong information is just mind boggling. Honestly, even though they gave us the wrong information nobody including the salesman Clement ever bothered calling us back to even just say sorry! More
