8/31/24 Revising original review - first experience was overall disappointing where we paid hundreds of dollars for an incorrect diagnostic to the reported steering wheel noise issue. 9/16/24 After the overall disappointing where we paid hundreds of dollars for an incorrect diagnostic to the reported steering wheel noise issue. 9/16/24 After the original post, the Service Advisor reached out immediately and expressed their willingness to make things right. We visited the dealership again, went on a test driver with the Lead Tech, barely driving one block away and he was able to identify the root cause of the noise--torn rubber strut boot caught on the bump stop. They provided a loaner and got started on remediating the issue. Received a call at the end of the day that our vehicle was ready, and the noise is no longer present. The vehicle was washed and ready for pickup. Our SA Nour was great to work with, provided us with what we needed. He made things right and it was a changed experience from the original. Wish we didn't have to spend so much for such a simple fix, but we'll be back again. More
