Service subpar. I brought my car in as an emergency because the tire pressure in one tire was 20. Final outcome, They replaced 2 tires and front brakes. The next day I heard noises coming from the fron because the tire pressure in one tire was 20. Final outcome, They replaced 2 tires and front brakes. The next day I heard noises coming from the front of the car which wasn’t there before service. It kept getting worse so I called for another appointment. Here is what I was told: they would not schedule a loaner car until they knew the service was going to be 2-3 hours or overnight (When I bought the car, they told me they had a loaner program but never mentioned any caveat.) I had to ride with the mechanic to point out where the noise was coming from! WHAT??? They need the customer to say, do you hear that sound? I previously owned 3 cars from Rallye Lexus and one BMW. Never experienced this nonsense with them. I asked to speak to a supervisor. NO return call. Guess I’m going back to Rallye. In my opinion, Freeport missed the mark on honesty and service More

I had no intention of leasing a Lexus BUT, Jonathan, being a memb Jonathan Agosto in 2019 when I happened to stop into the dealership to just look. I had no intention of leasing a Lexus BUT, Jonathan, being a member of our armed forces, sat with me and went though all the models. Due to his knowledge and his personality, I ended up with a Lexus NX300 Hybrid. Not only was Jonathan fantastic, management and the service department also treat you like royalty! My lease has expired and i went back to Jonathan. He worked within my finances and, again, made the whole process pleasurable. As everyone knows, going to a dealership can be a long and stressful ordeal. This was simple and relaxing. I did not think i could afford the RX30 Sport BUT, they were able to put me behind the wheel of one. This is a phenomenal dealership and i would gladly recommend Jonathan and the dealership!!!! More
