Things went pretty smooth and fast at this dealership. Anna Samejo was awesome and she was ready to make a deal. Nick Peresunko was patient with us in answering all of our mundane questions. Im HIGTLY RECOMMENDED THAT DEALER SHIP LEXUS OF EDISON! Here my little story : In March 2013 I bought my car Certified Pre-Owned Lexus 250c in Florida ,North Miami Lexus dealership( located at 14100 Biscayne Blvd,No.Miami Fl 33181). Had not pleasant experience . Car had some little damages : a lot of scratches around the car ,driver's seat leather had begun tearing ,seat belts was dirty, paint of the rims was coming off ,my still BIG issue is the GPS a little computer screen the protected film/layer is half way gone !!! No. Miami dealership had almost 3 weeks to fix this damages before we piked up our car .They only did rims! I was very disappointed when I saw my car. Had contacted to them and got very unprofessional explanation ,some of the technician didn't do a good job! Who is responsibility to check the car BEFORE if the job is done ???? ... This is a convertible car! I love it! Unfortunately, i cant use all my options especially my GPS ,AUDIO,MAKE A PHONE CALLS ...etc When the top is down in a sunny , bright day the screen is completely dark !!! No. Miami neglected to FIX the screen !!! They told me ,probably i did something! means i used some chemicals and swiped special film from the screen ! Now i have to pay from my packed to fix that terrible damage from the previous owner!!! Im a valid costumer ! Never ,never had that kind of experience with any Hight Luxury CARS Brands (MERCEDES, ACURA,LEXUS( Bridgwater,Nj dealership)). I already contacted to corporate office of Lexus 1.800.255.3987, will contact to owner of No. Miami Mr.CRAIG ZINN ..Will see what they can do for me! My advise to all of you !!! Check everything before you make a final payment !!! PS: If somebody had the similar experience i would very appreciated to give me some ideas what to do .you can leave as a feed back the same page . I decided to purchase a used LS this week mainly because of the incredible service I received here. From top to bottom I was given extraordinary service and treatment from this dealership, and especially from my salesman Nick Peresunko. I’m an out of state car buyer and flew 1200 miles to see the car. Some of things they provided me were a loaner car, pick up and drop off service to the airport, assistance with car transport, and even lunch. By far the most hassle free and informative experience I've ever had. Showed me every feature on the vehicle, and did not pressure me at all. The negotiation was fast and fair. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Nick Peresunko to anyone who's thinking about buying a car. Thank you Lexus of Edison and Nick for all your time, help, and effort with getting my vehicle. More

My experience buying a car was a process since this was my first time making a large purchase. It worked out being straightforward and nothing less than perfect! I had only to go to one dealership and the experience was phenomenol. Nick was my salesperson and I may have not have been able to purchase this car at this time if he did not work it out for me the way he did since my car was rare. I did much research, online comparisons, and phone calls before actually visiting any dealership. This dealership had that exact car and it had more than I asked for with all the latest features that make it a pleasure and convenience to drive (in addition to looking nice). I ended up purchasing this vehicle, and the only reason why I was able to claim it before anyone else was because Nick found it while perusing the lot and called me promptly. He did a great job following up with me in order to ensure that I would not lose out on this amazing deal. He advised financing options and gave me time until I could find one that worked best with the best rate. In the end, the dealership gave the best rate. Nick was also very thoughtful to introduce me to other staff. Everyone there was so polite and helpful. I’m so glad I got Nick as my salesman because I would definitely go back to him the next time I purchase a vehicle. Lexus of Edison being part of the Penske automotive group met my criteria. I found my car through cars.com and shot off a query to the dealer. Nick responded immediately and was accommodating and attentive. Since I was from out of state, I did not set up an appointment, and told Nick that I would drop,in when I could. When I dropped in unexpectedly, Nick was happy to see me and immediately worked with me. We test drove the car and then struck a deal. My first offer was accepted and I was delighted. During our exchange, it was obvious that Nick is proud of his profession, his dealership and the Penske organization. He was anxious to show my wife and I the second floor showroom which housed 150 cars, and to share the fact that the customer comes first. All employees park in a remote area and are shuttled to the dealership so the customer can park on site. What a novel idea! This transaction was totally stress free and as pleasurable as an experience of this type can be. Nick was helpful and became my advocate. Since I was from out of state, he helped me to get my PA plates within a week and also helped to arrange for a LoJack system to be installed while I waited when I picked up my car on a Saturday morning. I heartily recommend Nick, Lexus of Edison, and the Penske group, collectively they are a fine tuned organization that is customer centered and focused on customer satisfaction. It is no wonder that the major car manufactures have entrusted their retail business to the Penske group that now boasts a remarkable network of 243 dealerships nationwide. We did our research on SUVs before making the decision to go with the Lexus RX350, but had little experience in choosing a dealership near us. After calling and visiting many other dealerships, we happened t go with the Lexus RX350, but had little experience in choosing a dealership near us. After calling and visiting many other dealerships, we happened to call upon Steven Tong at the Edision dealership. Steven was polite and straight forward. He is very sincere with helping us and did not try to push us into buying or giving us the cold shoulder like some of the other dealerships. After my initial call with Steven, he politely agreed to allow me to shop around some more before making any decisions on a dealership. I chose to call him back after receiving another offer and he told me to double check on some universal Lexus promotions given to all, sure enough, they were. After that, Steven didn't just match the offer, but gave us a much better price! We were blown away by his fairness in this situation. He then proceeded to attend to our every, and many, questions and concerns. We struck down an amazing deal and took the Lexus off the lot that day! This was such a great experience for me. I would defiantly recommend this dealership and Steven for anyone looking to buy Lexus. More

Upon entering Lexus of Edison I was greeted in an amiable manner and assigned to Nick Peresunko as my sales consultant. Nick was extremely pleasant, accommodating, highly professional, patient and knowledgeable while assisting me in finding a vehicle, understanding its functions and operation, arranging service and attending to all my needs and questions. To insure my satisfaction he exhibited sincere client interest and efficient follow-up skills. Dealing with him was a pleasure. Nick's manager ( I believe her name was Anna ) quoted me a competitive price without "games playing" and secured the deal. Daniel Mercado expedited financial matters and advised regarding protective packages in an effective manner.
