My experience with Lexus of Edison was incredible. I went there because of a car I saw online. We scheduled a test drive with Nick and came in and was immediately placed in the car. We began the test drive and were told everything that we could have wanted to know about the vehicle. After the test drive we sat down at Nick's desk and hoped to reduce the price a few hundred dollars. He talked to his sales manager and was able to get the price down to a very reasonable settlement and offered to fix any problems with the car. The next day the car was in my possession and I was able to drive it off the lot. I had been searching for a car for awhile and had been unsuccessful with other sales consultants but at Lexus of Edison I was not forced into a car I did not want and was not pushed into making a purchase. The whole process was efficient and comfortable thanks to the help of Nick as well as Paul. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone especially if they live in the central jersey area. More

I purchased my car July 4th weekend. I had a very pleasant experience in leasing a Lexus RX 350. It was my first car lease and Nick Peresunko was absolutely excellent! He walked me through all the details and answered all my questions. I feel comfortable to approach him in the future. I also transacted with Jason Hiraiwa, the finance person. He was also pleasant, however, I believe that he did bring up an issue several hours into the agreement that I felt should have been addressed earlier. He made an acceptable solution or I would have walked away from the entire deal. I will strongly recommend this dealership to friends and family in the future. More
I had a great experience buying my IS 250 from Lexus of Edison. This was my first car from them and won't be the last. I am fond of professionalism in dealings and seek for fair deal everywhere I deal. I am smart shopper thus do my homework before putting an offer on table. This guy beat all records I have on my past Car purchases and shows utmost dedication to show me various models and cars from inventory and also helped to make it work. Explained me all the numbers and advantages over other deals and helped me with my paper work and offer. Without resistance and hesitation I would recommend this dealership as well as Puneet to all my friends and family ,which I already did to 2 friends of mine. I came into the dealership with my aunt to help her pick up her new car. Both Zahid and Daniel were very friendly and kind. They had a lot of patience and were just great. I hope my future car-buying experiences will be like that. Recently i purchased a Lexus Rx 350 fully loaded about a month ago. One week later, I began to experience problems with the car. The car began reversing while driving (i stopped at a signal and when i took month ago. One week later, I began to experience problems with the car. The car began reversing while driving (i stopped at a signal and when i took my legs of the brake the car started rolling backwards slowly), there was a traction issue, and all the lights came on on the dashboard. We assumed it was a computer problem, but that was not the case. Plus it felt weird when i was driving the car. We dropped the car off to the dealer 3 days later explaining to them what the problem was. We did not receive a phone call back for four days; therefore, we called them. After numerous calls trying to reach them, the Lexus dealership finally picked up. They told us there was a transmission problem with the car and that the new part would be delivered in about a week. At this point, I was very frustrated. The dealership gave me a loner car, which was not up to par compared to the car I originally purchased. Weeks passed, and I did not hear from the dealership. Four weeks passed, and I gave them a call asking what the update was on the car. I asked for a new car or reduced payments, and the dealership has been avoiding and postponing the issue each time. As of today, I have not reveived any compensation for the problems, and I have not received the car I originally purchased fixed. The Lexus dealership has given me the worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with. I regret purchasing a vehicle from this business, and I encourage others to avoid it as well. More

An hour later, I had made a terrific deal on a Lexus ES 350, and got everything I was looking for. Yury was accommodating, helpful, thorough and took care of everything necessary in an efficient amount of time. The dealership was pristine, service department impressive and the car was delivered in outstanding condition. I would highly recommend Lexus of Edison and Yury Epelman as a salesperson. More
