Lease Renewal I stopped in because my lease was ending in less than a month. I hadn't planned to resign that day but my dealer Kelvin Camilo made the process so qui I stopped in because my lease was ending in less than a month. I hadn't planned to resign that day but my dealer Kelvin Camilo made the process so quick and easy I said "why not". This is my third lease from this location and this transaction was by far my easiest. Because I had not planned to stop in that day after leaving my gym I had not eaten therefore was starving. He was so kind he even when out and purchase me lunch while my paperwork was being prepared:) I would for sure recommend anyone in the market for a new Lexus to contact Kelvin. More

We were greeted by Lisa Gonzalez w My wife and I stopped by on a Saturday to look at the RX350 to replace a GS300 we owned to accommodate our family. We were greeted by Lisa Gonzalez who took the time to show us the car and let us test drive it. She was very knowledgeable and flexible with us and our needs. We had our 11 month old with us so there were breaks for changing/feeding but ultimately we ended up with the vehicle the same day. We painlessly struck a deal with the sales manager Tim Macpherson and Lisa and even had to leave to attend a birthday party while they prepped the car. When we arrived back Lisa and the Technology advisor Freddy Gomez took the time to go over the features of the car and explained whatever we had questions on. After that it was a quick trip to Nick Volonakis's office in finance to sign the papers and we were on our way. It was a no nonsense experience that made us comfortable enough to leave with the vehicle and feel good about the deal. I would recommend the team I dealt with to anyone! More

I would patronize whatever establishment employs Robert Garcia. That is how pleased I was with his treatment of me. He listened! That is critical to the "new" educated, informed consumer. He was NOT PUSHY or arrogant or overly aggressive. That kept me talking and listening to him. He was patient with all my questions and I had a lot of questions. With an Accounting background, the numbers need to make sense. Robert knew when to escalate the situation to finance and sales management. I appreciated that move by Robert. As opposed to typical car salesmen that try to "bully" the customer simply because they want to close the deal. Bravo Robert! Study up! More

It's worth coming all the way to Edison! My wife and I were shopping around various dealers for 3-4 months before coming to Lexus of Edison. We drove 50 miles to look at a car. A LCPO RX350 for $31.5k! But this buying experience was made all the more better when we sat down with Kamal Singh. He was very direct and straightforward (and this matters when buying a car) but also very personable. He even stayed more than an hour later than closing time to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Daniel Mercado also was very straightforward when it came to the finance and paperwork. He explained everything in understandable terms. He speaks fast, but he doesn't mind repeating things and making sure that you are aware of the details (unlike other dealers who want you to sign papers without a proper explanation). Pros: Courteous. Not pushy. These are people who want to make a relationship with you. Cons: We had to come back twice (but it was worth it!) I would definitely consider this dealership and these two guys when it comes to buying a Lexus. More
My experience with service dept was laughable cont. Ramneet never really appologized for the mistake and kind of pinned it all on me. He finally came back and said they would do it for $930, but this was for a rebuilt starter not new. He said new would be $100 more. I found a coupon right on LOE's website stating, spend $500 or more on service...receive $100 discount. I ask if I could take adavatage of this. He said he'd have to check with his manager but didnt think so because they were already discounting the service. Again, it was their mistake not mine. I said if they take the extra $100 off, then I'd say go ahead and fix the car. He said he'd call me back before the end of the day but would order the part in the meantime to get the ball rolling. He never called me back that day, and i tried calling him a few times before they closed. They next day i didnt hear from him at all and was just left in limbo about the car. I tried getting in touch with service managers(leaving several voicemails) with no callbacks at all. Very unprofessional in my book. Finally thursday at 1:30pm I hear from Ramneet telling me he was off the day before and just herd back from his manager, they'd do it for $830. I was happy about the price but their professionalism sucked. He was still very defensive and kind of rude about the whole thing. I'd never bring the car back there for service and would be hesitant to buy a new car from LOE now. More
Bait and switch! I inquired about a pre owned car I saw online via email. Twenty minutes later some calls me to make an appointment to see the car. Then on my where there I call to let them know I'm on my way as I ran into traffic on route 1. They said no problem just get here. Ten minutes later I get there and the looks I receive from the employees were not welcoming at all. The receptionist clearly sees me standing in front of the desk and she tends to another customer who was behind me. Next I'm told to wait in some room in the back. I said no I will wait in the show room. As I am waiting salesmen are walking around looking at me with a look like something is wrong. Finally I am told the car was sold this morning sorry. Really that is BS! So I waisted my time driving here only to be lied to. I thought the days of bait and switch was over. I guess they fooled me! I'm never going back there and will never recommend this place. By the way I drive a 2016 BMW and this purchase was for a spare car. More

I was impressed with his honesty, and the information he gave me. I felt confident that he was above board and had a nice way about it. After speaking to him, I decided to go to Edison. I hesitated to drive to Edison Lexus because it was further than I wanted to go. However, I am thrilled that I made the decision to do so. While heading to Edison, I realized I did not have directions and thought I was lost. I called Lexus and Diane patiently guided me to Lexus dealer. When I arrived, Diane had a big smile on her face, and I thought it was a great way to begin my day. Sonny (mgrs nickname) introduced me to Kelvin Camilo. He was fabulous, detailed, efficient and a pleasant personality. He bent overboard to answer all questions, and made me feel comfortable with buying a car from him. There is no questions that the five stars above are truly deserved by the staff that I dealt with. More
