We bought a used SUV from them. ..it looked really good but wasn't what they hyped it up to be. First off they probably used an electronic code scanner to shut off the warning light ..it looked really good but wasn't what they hyped it up to be. First off they probably used an electronic code scanner to shut off the warning lights on the dashboard. They don't tell you until it comes down to negotiations that they add an exorbitantly expensive protection package (the littlest bit of plastic film on the edges of the doors and mirrors) and a few other silly things that are not needed or worth it. They even charged us 145.00 for the used all weather floor mats that the previous owner obviously installed. It was my first time buying from a Lexus dealer and I had hoped they would be different than most of the others, but they were not. More
