This was my husband and I’s 2nd time purchasing a car through Lexus of Brookfield. We came in knowing exactly what we wanted to buy. Shortly after walking in we noticed Alex who was our car salesman a fe through Lexus of Brookfield. We came in knowing exactly what we wanted to buy. Shortly after walking in we noticed Alex who was our car salesman a few years ago when purchasing our first car. He no longer sells but was so happy to see us back, he walked us into his office and got the car buying process going. He treated us like family. Alex is such a nice down to earth guy, super honest, and trustworthy. He made the process go extremely smooth and enjoyable! Alex is AMAZING! Thank you for helping us on Saturday!! :) He then passed us off to the Jeff who took care of our finances. Jeff was also a very nice guy. Wasn’t pushy with anything, explained things well, very smart guy, made it easy for us to make decisions. Jeff was great to work with! My husband and I were talking on the way home and we were amazed how smooth this process went again even when going through numbers, nothing stressed us out. You guys are seriously the best! Service department charges are exorbitant and Watch Out for hidden charges. Tacked on a bogus $39.99 fee that was not discussed up front. Said it was added to each vehicle brought into service. My pricey 30,000 mile service was quoted at $589. It ended up at $661 because of the bogus $39.99 Misc charge. They told me I needed 4 new tires. (Bridgestone Alenza Run flat 20in.) I was quoted $1900 for new tires on my 2022 NX350H with only $32k miles. The same tires at Costco with a 40k warranty and free rotation for life is $1325. I will not use Lexus if Brookfield Service Department again. More
