Worst service experience ever. I would rate this place 0 star if I can. What thought to be a routine oil change/maintenance service became a nightmare. I took my 2019 lexus ux for a 20k maintenance in a star if I can. What thought to be a routine oil change/maintenance service became a nightmare. I took my 2019 lexus ux for a 20k maintenance in aug 15, 2 hours later I came to pick up my car. Once I started driving on the freeway, my car's engine check light came on and so did multiple other lights such as "low oil", once the light started coming on, my car went from 65mph to 30mph on the FREEWAY, I had to swerve i to an exit and almost got into an accident. The car also was sputtering and smoking. As I drove the car back, several crew members was cleaning up the service driveway with mops from all the oil that was spewing out of my car! Apparently a technician made a mistake by not putting a gasket for the oil filter causing oil to leak out. Lexus took my car and gave me a loaner for the week trying to correct the problem. A few days later the service director Josh called to apologize and explain the situation, he said "human error", an error that could have caused mine and my little sister's lives. He offered the most insincere apology and offered free 2 whole oil changes as compensation!! What a joke. After picking up my car, the service person told me not to worry about filling up gas for the loaner vehicle and yet they charged my card today also. My car is still not running right, it still feels sluggish and not as smooth as before. Pretty sure running a car on no oil is not a good thing. My new car will never be the same.... I can't believe I was going to buy a lexus Rcf from them. I highly recommend everyone to get your service done somewhere else. Terrible company and they could not have handled this situation any better. Never doing service here again, will be buying my cars from other lexus dealership instead. More

purchase of new car Wanted to purchase a New ES 350 Ultra Luxury Lexus. They got the exact car we wanted with right color and interior etc. Test drive was great! Then the Wanted to purchase a New ES 350 Ultra Luxury Lexus. They got the exact car we wanted with right color and interior etc. Test drive was great! Then they informed us we also had to purchase several thousand dollars of after market products including a third party car theft device along with 6 or 8 other things. Not a classy bunch. The sales department is in need of training in communication, elegance, sophistication, overall refinement and word choice! I felt like I was at a used car auction with sales managers running around with scowls on there faces and if you weren’t ready to buy this minute, they disappear! A smile is free, maybe some training in positive CS, or maybe it’s starts at the top! Classiness and refinement from staff need to reflect the brand! We have purchased several new Lexus’s including 2 from this dealership, no more from this group! In fairness the service department is good! I would recommend going to Seattle Lexus (Holman Group) More

After navigating a frustrating answering machine loop, I was finally connected to the service department. When I asked about a shuttle ride I was told my home was too far. I explained I had always been given a car for previous visits. I was told the $326 oil and filter change did not qualify for a loaner vehicle. The young man was impatient and rude. When I asked if he would prefer that I went to another service center, he said that would be a good idea. After 15 years of using Lexus of Bellevue,I will not be returning and I will use a different company for my next car purchase later this year. I don’t believe this will impact the company but it may serve as a warning to others who seek polite and friendly service. More

We needed new tires along with our regularly scheduled service so the cost was higher than normal Before we paid he informed us of a program whereby we had the option of applying the service charges toward a new vehicle. Well, needless to say, we so chose. We appreciated his tip. If our vehicle was a more recent year we would have declined, of course, but the timing was right for us after nearly 120,000 miles on 'Lexy'. Anyway, JD is an exceptional representative of Lexus: Smart. Friendly, Attentive. A 10s guy across the board. More
Extremely poor service I am the owner of a 2016 GS 350 F sport which is under Warranty. I scheduled the service appointment at Lexus of Bellevue, expressed my concerns: Dia I am the owner of a 2016 GS 350 F sport which is under Warranty. I scheduled the service appointment at Lexus of Bellevue, expressed my concerns: Diagnosis of poor gas mileage and delay in acceleration. The service advisor Benjamin tells me that if something was wrong with the car the car would tell me - that’s how they run. He ignores my concerns and wastes my entire journey (from Federal Way) to receive service. He then tells me that I will not be eligible for a loaner car for a simple oil change- since HE determined nothing was wrong with my car. I didn’t know Lexus hired Mechanics to work as Service Advisors! I felt like Benjamin was displaying signs of Implicit Bias against me since I’m not majority race. I was going to have the 30k service performed - but instead Walked Out - you DON’T get to disrespect me “AND” earn a commission off it! Training on Customer Service, Cultural Diversity & listening skills is necessary for this employee. More
