Then the Wanted to purchase a New ES 350 Ultra Luxury Lexus. They got the exact car we wanted with right color and interior etc. Test drive was great! Then they informed us we also had to purchase several thousand dollars of after market products including a third party car theft device along with 6 or 8 other things. Not a classy bunch. Walked out. More

The sales department is in need of training in communication, elegance, sophistication, overall refinement and word choice! I felt like I was at a used car auction with sales managers running around with scowls on there faces and if you weren’t ready to buy this minute, they disappear! A smile is free, maybe some training in positive CS, or maybe it’s starts at the top! Classiness and refinement from staff need to reflect the brand! We have purchased several new Lexus’s including 2 from this dealership, no more from this group! In fairness the service department is good! I would recommend going to Seattle Lexus (Holman Group) More
Rude and impatient Called to schedule an appointment for one of two vehicles bought from Lexus of Bellevue. After navigating a frustrating answering machine loop, I was Called to schedule an appointment for one of two vehicles bought from Lexus of Bellevue. After navigating a frustrating answering machine loop, I was finally connected to the service department. When I asked about a shuttle ride I was told my home was too far. I explained I had always been given a car for previous visits. I was told the $326 oil and filter change did not qualify for a loaner vehicle. The young man was impatient and rude. When I asked if he would prefer that I went to another service center, he said that would be a good idea. After 15 years of using Lexus of Bellevue,I will not be returning and I will use a different company for my next car purchase later this year. I don’t believe this will impact the company but it may serve as a warning to others who seek polite and friendly service. More

His overall care and explanations were exceptional, a talent my wife always enjoys at Lexus. We needed new tires along with our regularly scheduled service so the cost was higher than normal Before we paid he informed us of a program whereby we had the option of applying the service charges toward a new vehicle. Well, needless to say, we so chose. We appreciated his tip. If our vehicle was a more recent year we would have declined, of course, but the timing was right for us after nearly 120,000 miles on 'Lexy'. Anyway, JD is an exceptional representative of Lexus: Smart. Friendly, Attentive. A 10s guy across the board. More

I scheduled the service appointment at Lexus of Bellevue, expressed my concerns: Diagnosis of poor gas mileage and delay in acceleration. The service advisor Benjamin tells me that if something was wrong with the car the car would tell me - that’s how they run. He ignores my concerns and wastes my entire journey (from Federal Way) to receive service. He then tells me that I will not be eligible for a loaner car for a simple oil change- since HE determined nothing was wrong with my car. I didn’t know Lexus hired Mechanics to work as Service Advisors! I felt like Benjamin was displaying signs of Implicit Bias against me since I’m not majority race. I was going to have the 30k service performed - but instead Walked Out - you DON’T get to disrespect me “AND” earn a commission off it! Training on Customer Service, Cultural Diversity & listening skills is necessary for this employee. More

They brought the car around unvaccumed and factory sticker tape still on the windows. Far from what one would expect when buying a luxury vehicle. From there the experience has gotten worse. I left messages for the GM, who must be far to important to return my call, as he had the salesperson return my call who never did provide an update of my vehicle that has been in the service department for 4 working days. So far sales dept was a let down. The service has been a let down, and as with most poorly managed departments this starts at the top. The GM, who I left a pleasant message detailing my concerns couldn't find the time to return my call or provide answers. Consider going out of state to purchase your new Lexus. More

I was greeted by Taven Erpenbach and told him what I wanted. After trying to convince me to buy a new vehicle instead, I politely declined and restated my purpose for buying a used hybrid, being that I wanted it for high mileage driving for work. He finally decided to go over to the computer and look up all their hybrids in the used section. After claiming they had two Toyota Camry hybrids, I spent another 30 min or so just waiting for them to get it so I could look at it and test drive it. After much waiting, instead I was surprised to see a Lexus pull up. Not what I wanted or asked for. Soon as I got in, I could tell it was too small and told him no. So then another 20-30 min goes by and we're still waiting for one of the Camry's to be pulled up front. After like an hour combined of waiting for cars, I finally get to test drive one Camry, which is a 3 year old 2015 model they had listed for 23k. It was just ok and pretty bare bones. Didn't come with all the premium features I already had in my Tacoma and prior cars, yet I was still willing to purchase it because I just need something more efficient on gas. After the test drive, I asked about the 2018 Camry he said they had, yet magically it was not for sale anymore despite being listed on multiple websites. He made up a story about how it was involved in some other trade with another Toyota dealership and they had to get permission yet supposedly they were declined and not allowed to sell it while I was test driving the 2015 Camry instead. Prior to going in here, I researched all the values for everything. My Tacoma is worth about 34-35k on KBB. Their car was worth way less on KBB and was overpriced being listed at 23k. Why? Because they claim they put new tires on for $1495 and another $999 for "permaplate" which is a chemical they put on the window to repel rain and supposedly rock chips. I never asked for these, and this was done prior, but they are trying to add on a total of $2495 to the price for bogus items. Now comes the part where Taven and his manager Andy Bui decide that I must be the worlds dumbest idiot and tried to dishonestly rip me off on both the price of their car and my Tacoma I was wanting to trade. They printed out a false KBB quote for my Tacoma. They didn't include everything that it's equipped with, yet they came back with an offer of $29,500 and kept their $23k price on their Camry. So apparently they thought I was stupid enough to take a $14k loss on what I originally paid for it new (about 44k after taxes and extended warranty), to end up with their 3 year old car with more miles on it than my Tacoma has while they refused to budge on the price of their vehicle. I would have only gotten a check back for $1,700 as that was the difference if I had used their numbers. Taven made up a story about how there is no room to budge on the price of this car, yet it's been actively listed for several months online. I explained the high value of Tacomas and pointed out that dealers are selling less equipped models of the same year as mine, for between $38k-$40k. I asked for 34k which would have left them plenty of room to bump up the price for resale, considering it has EVERY option available and there are NONE on the market that have all the options mine does. Taven goes back to tell Andy what's up and eventually Andy comes outside to "meet me and say hi". He came with more false printouts of pricing that again didn't include all the options I had on my truck and tried to tell me my truck is only worth $29,500 but was willing to go to $30,500 yet still refused to lower the price of his 3+ year old used car. I again pointed out all the prices I had looked up earlier in the day and couldn't understand why he's trying to tell me he can only sell my truck for $34k-$35k yet other 2017 models similarly to mine are selling at dealers for $39k. Starting to see the xx spewing from this guy? After I got home and looked further at the paperwork, I noticed all the shenanigans they were trying to play by leaving out key items from their KBB print out. I also then understood why I was never allowed to hold and look at the print out while I was at the dealer. Not to mention after inspecting my car, they kept the keys the entire time and even kept them after I refused anymore negotiations and just wanted to leave. Not sure who hired these two kids, but if you're going to hire blatant liars, make sure they aren't dealing with adults that can smell their xx a mile away. I will NEVER return to this dealer for ANYTHING, no matter what kind of deal they have. Business is permanently lost after the charade they put on. I would highly recommend that you steer clear of this dealership. I've bought several cars over the years and never have I experienced lies like I did here. More

I recently bought a pre-owned SUV and from my sales rep to the pre-owned manager the customer service level was exceptional. The process was smooth and everyone was so nice. I ran in to some problems 3 months after my purchase and they still stepped in to help me resolve the issues. I was referred to them because of the outstanding service and I was not let down. They also have a very lovely lobby and waiting area! More
